Φέτος στην ανακαίνιση του σπιτιού μου έμεινα για ακόμα μια φορά ευχαριστημένος, αρχικά με τις τιμές και έπειτα με την εξυπηρέτηση!!! I chose them 8 years ago for the frames in my summer house in Halkidiki and I was completely satisfied until today. This year in the renovation of my house I was once again happy, first with the prices and then with the service !!!

d	despoina domninou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχω συνεργαστεί με χειρότερη εταιρία.αρχικη παραγγελία 10/12/19 κ τοποθέτηση Ιούλιο 2020. Δεδομένου ότι ήμουνα έγκυος με διαβεβαίωσαν ότι θα μας τα βάλουν το αργότερο μέχρι το Φεβρουάριο .Μας ζήτησαν το 50% για να μας τοποθετήσουν το παραθυράκι του μπάνιου για να μπορέσουμε να μπούμε στο σπίτι καθώς κάναμε ανακαίνιση, ουδέποτε με ενημερωσαν ότι δν θα το βάλουν την συμφωνημένη μέρα, εγώ τους κάλεσα κ με το ζόρι ήρθαν την επομένη όπου το τοποθέτησαν στραβά κ μάλιστα το εσωτερικό πλαίσιο ήταν κ κομμένο στη μέση. Ο πωλητής τους, ειναι για τα πανηγύρια, άλλα χερούλια είπαμε άλλα μας έβαλε κ ενώ ενημερώθηκε την ίδια μέρα της τοποθετησης είπε θα τα φέρει κ ακόμα τα φέρνει ???. Κ το χειρότερο από όλα για να πάρουμε τα λεφτά μας πίσω (λόγ εξοικονόμω),διότι τα αρπάζουν από μας καλά καλά κ μετά μη τον είδατε, για 15 μέρες μας έλεγαν αύριο κ αύριο.. Ότι χειροτερο επίσης κ από θέμα σέρβις, έφυγαν χωρίς να ρυθμίσουν τα παράθυρα κ ένα ηλεκτρικο παντζούρι, ήρθε ο άνθρωπος κ βιαζόταν να φύγει με το ζόρι τα έκανε. Απαραδεκτοι, ανεύθυνοι,απατεώνες, αντιεπαγγελματιες. I have not worked with a worse company. Original order 10/12/19 and placement July 2020. Since I was pregnant they assured me that they will put them on us by February at the latest. They asked us for 50% to place the bathroom window for to be able to enter the house as we renovated, they never informed me that they would not put it on the agreed day, I called them and by force they came the next day where they placed it wrong and in fact the inner frame was cut in half. Their seller, it is for the festivals, we said other handles, others he put us and while he was informed on the same day of the placement he said he will bring them and he still brings them ???. Worst of all to get our money back (I save) because they snatch it from us well and then you did not see it, for 15 days they told us tomorrow and tomorrow .. Worse also in terms of service, they left without to fix the windows and an electric shutter, the man came and was in a hurry to leave by force he did. Unacceptable, irresponsible, fraudsters, unprofessional.

Η πρώτη και καλύτερη εταιρία συνθετικών κουφωμάτων στην Ελλάδα …. It belongs to the few Greek companies that have the guts to install frames in traditional - preserved buildings in Germany with the strict installation specifications there. The first and best company of synthetic frames in Greece….
