Τους παίρνεις τηλέφωνο για ενα παραφαρμακευτικό προιόν με μεγάλη διακύμανση στην τιμή (εως και 40%) και αν ρωτήσεις για τιμή του, σου απαντούν: "Δεν μπορώ από το τηλέφωνο. Εχουμε δουλειά αυτή τη στιγμή" Και αναρωτιέσαι... Και εγω για δουλειά δεν τους πήρα; Η απλά δεν θέλουν να απαντήσουν επειδή δεν είναι ανταγωνιστικοί; Unfortunately they are rude. K	KONSTANTINOS BALFOUSIOS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περί την 19:00 της 24-04-2020 έφτασα απο τον σταθμό περπατώντας στο Φαρμακείο smile και βρέθηκα στον χώρο υποδοχής πελατών μαζύ με μία ήδη ευρισκόμενη πελάτισα.Όταν διαμαρτηρήθηκα,γιατί με έβαλαν μαζύ με την ήδη πελάτισά τους στον ίδιο χώρο, μία υπάλληλος μου είπε,ότι " δεν τρέχει και τίποτα " και ότι μεταξύ μας υπάρχει απόσταση 2 μέτρων.Όταν εγώ διαπίστωσα, ότι το πολύ απείχαμε 1 μέτρο.Ίσως ο αριθμός των τετραγωνικών του καταστήματος να τους δίνη το δικαίωμα να εξυπηρετούν ταυτόχρονα δύο πελάτες.Ηδη τους είχα αναφέρει τον αριθμό παραγγελίας. Μετά με ξαναρώτησαν τον αριθμό παραγγελίας,γιατί προφανώς δεν το εύρισκαν το παραγγελθέν προϊόν.Εν συνεχεία,επειδή "έσκιζαν στην εξυπηρέτηση" η υπάλληλος,που με εξυπηρετούσε μου ζήτησε να της ειπώ το ονοματεπώνυμό μου.Ήδη είχα εκφράσει την δυσαρέσκειά μου για την τέτοιου είδους εξυπηρέτηση,που είχα τύχει.Ήδη δίπλα μου είχαν εξυπηρετήσει εκτός από την αρχικά πελάτισα άλλον έναν και στην θέσιν του επίσης κάλεσαν κάποιον άλλον.Τελικά η top υπάλληλος με ερώτησε,αν δίπλα μου σε ένα ράφι,που ήταν στιβαγμένο το επιθυμητό προϊόν,αν ήταν αυτό,που ήθελα.Και τις είπα,ότι δυστυχώς αυτό ήταν.Έτσι τελικά το πήρα. Μεγαλη ομως ποικιλια φαρμακων, ολα τα εχει εκτος απο φαρμακο για την ΑΓΕΝΕΙΑ!!!! RUDENESS!!! RUDENESS!!! RUDENESS!!! RUDENESS!!! With the teacher, the owner ... Ολα τα παιδια ειναι εξυπηρετικα, αλλα ιδαιτερα ο Λουκας ο οποίος ειναι παντα διπλα σου σε οτι του ζητησεις!! Παντα τετοια!! Whatever I have to say about this pharmacy is a little! a	aetos 19 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η χειρότερη συμπεριφορά που έχω συναντήσει σε φαρμακείο. Καμμία εξυπηρέτηση,κανένας σεβασμός προς τον πελάτη. Συγκεκριμένα μου εκτέλεσαν μια συνταγογράφηση και πήρα ένα ακριβό σαμπουάν. Όμως όταν ζήτησα και έδειξα γραμμένο σε χαρτι δυο bepanthol exzama,αντί αυτού μου έδωσαν δυο άλλες (μωραδιακες). Δεν πρόλαβαν να περάσουν 5λεπτα και ξανά μπαίνω μέσα για αλλαγή,η επιστροφή χρημάτων. Δεν ήθελαν τίποτα από τα δυο γιατί μόνο παραγγελία στο eshop θα έπαιρνα καλύτερη την τιμή που είχα προαναφερει απ’την αρχή. Με όμορφο τρόπο τους είπα ότι έρχομαι από Λαγονησι,είμαι χειρουργημένος στο μάτι με αποκόλληση και παρακάλεσα να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Μου απάντησαν ότι δεν γίνεται και μόνο με παραγγελία στο eshop θα με εξυπηρετήσουν. Εε λοιπόν καθησα στο αμάξι μέσα στην ζέστη και ετοιμάσαμε ιντερνετικα την παραγγελία με κωδικό παραγγελίας κλπ και ξανά μπαίνω μέσα οπου με αντιμετώπισαν με απαίσιο και ανάρμοστο πρωτοφανή μοναδικό τρόπο....και με έδιωξαν με φωνές δίχως να εξυπηρετηθω,παρόλο την ηληκια μου (συνταξιούχος) The worst behavior I have encountered in a pharmacy.
