Πάντα όταν έχουν έλλειψη προϊόντων μέσω efood καλούν για αντικατάσταση προϊόντων, εκείνοι ακυρώνουν παραγγελίες, δεν ειδοποιούν και κρατάνε την πληρωμή λες και μπορούμε να διαθέσουμε αυτά τα λεφτά! Παρόλα αυτά κάλεσα για αντικατάσταση προϊόντων στο κατάστημα με κατόπιν επικοινωνίας μέσω efood για τον λόγο ακύρωσης. Η κοπέλα ήταν ευγενέστατη που ζήτησα μήπως γίνεται κάποια αντικατάσταση αλλά ο υπεύθυνος που ακουγόταν από πίσω να μιλάει ήταν τελείως αγενής! Κανονικά 0 αστέρια! Λυπάμαι τους υπαλλήλους σου που σε ανέχονται! Unacceptable! Whenever there is a shortage of products through efood they call for product replacement, they cancel orders, do not notify and keep the payment as if we can allocate this money! However, I called for replacement products in the store after contacting via efood for the reason of cancellation. The girl was very kind that I asked if there was a replacement but the person in charge who could be heard talking from behind was completely rude! Normally 0 stars! I feel sorry for your employees who tolerate you!

Επίσης το σπίτι μου είναι 3 μόλις λεπτά από το μαγαζί σας!!!!!! Απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά σας και ο τρόπος σας λυπάμαι πολύ! Αν βλέπετε τους ανθρώπους μόνο για τα χρήματα, κι εγώ σε εξυπηρέτηση δουλεύω και αν κάτι έχω μάθει είναι ότι συμπεριφερόμαστε σε όλους τους πελάτες το ίδιο ανεξαρτήτως ποσού που σπαταλάνε ακόμα και αν δεν αγοράζουν τιποτα!Εάν Δεν μπορείτε να ανταπεξέλθετε σε τέτοιες παραγγελίες μην τις αποδεχεστε!Καλή εβδομάδα και σε εσας!! Κ εξυπηρετούν επίσης κ πιο μακρινές αποστάσεις από το κανονικό. Μπράβο σας συνεχίστε ετσι..
