★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μολις ήρθε η παραγγελία μέσω efood που έκανε ο αδερφός μου. Το κουλούρι Θεσσαλονίκης με γαλοπούλα και φιλαδέλφεια ήταν μπαγιάτικο. Η λουκανικοπιτα κρύα, σαν να μην ήταν καν στον θερμοθαλαμο και ο καφές αντί για μέτριος, ήρθε πετιμέζι. Επίσης καλό θα ήταν να ρυθμιστεί ο μύλος γιατι το κόψιμο του καφέ είναι λάθος, πιθανότατα λόγω υγρασίας (αν είναι on demand), αλλιως να κόβετε μικρότερες ποσότητες καφέ για να μην αφήνετε τον κομμένο καφέ την επόμενη μέρα μέσα στο μύλο και αλλοιώνεται αν είναι ο παλιός μύλος γιατι αλλάζει η γεύση του. Μπορεί απλά να είναι μια κακια μέρα ή να έτυχε να ήρθε η δική μου παραγγελία λάθος. Θα ξαναδοκιμάσω όμως κάποια στιγμή και θα χαρώ ιδιαίτερα εάν αλλάξει η γνώμη μου.
Just came the order through efood made by my brother. The Thessaloniki bun with turkey and Philadelphia was stale. The cold sausage pie, as if it was not even in the heat chamber and the coffee instead of mediocre, came petimezi. It would also be good to adjust the grinder because the coffee cut is wrong, probably due to humidity (if it is on demand), otherwise cut smaller amounts of coffee so as not to leave the cut coffee the next day in the grinder and it is altered if it is old mill because its taste changes. It may just be a bad day or my order may have gone wrong. But I will try again at some point and I will be very happy if my opinion changes.
