Loin, très loin du tourisme de masse qui règne en maître à seulement une dizaine de kilomètres de là(météores)...
Les plats y sont "fait maison" et étaient bons, le tout au tarif grec (ils ne sont pas là pour faire payer le prix fort au touriste)...
Mais le plus intéressant pour nous était de voir le "vrai" état d'esprit Grec à l'ancienne mode, savoir: gentil, simple, accueillant, bon enfant et authentique. Le cœur sur la main! Cela nous a régalé.
A very quaint little family taverna that we really liked.
Far, very far from mass tourism which reigns supreme just ten kilometers away (meteors) ...
The dishes are "homemade" and were good, all at the Greek price (they are not there to charge the tourist a high price) ...
But the most interesting for us was to see the "real" old-fashioned Greek state of mind, namely: kind, simple, welcoming, good-natured and genuine. Wear his heart on his sleeve! It was a real treat for us.

There is not much better during trips to try authentical tastes. That is the right place to eat typical food and know local people. The managers are very kind and make you feel at home. If you are visiting the meteor go away from Kalambaka or Kastraky and try this tavern.
