M	Maria Panou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Λοιπόν παιδιά εγώ είχα μία πρόσφατη και δυσάρεστη εμπειρία από το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα. Ήμουν πολύ ευχαριστημένη με την εξυπηρέτηση τους για αυτό πήγαινα και πολύ συχνά και αγόραζα ότι χρειαζομουν από εκεί! Όσπου χρειάστηκα και την εξυπηρέτηση τους στο σέρβις του κινητού μου!Το Χάλασα εγώ και με δική μου ευθύνη το κινητό και ήμουν φυσικά διατεθειμένη να χρεωθώ την ζημιά πήγα λοιπόν στο συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα όπου το αγόρασα για καλύτερα οι δύο κύριοι με κοροιδευαν συνεχώς. Μου είπαν στην αρχή ότι το κινητό μου θα πάει στο σέρβις της sony για λόγους εγγύησης της συσκευής το τηλέφωνο μου δεν πήγε ποτέ εκεί όταν τους το είπα με βγάλανε αφελή μου ζήτησαν 55€ να φτιάξουν την βλάβη που προκάλεσα χωρίς φυσικά απόδειξη ούτε κάποιο χαρτί που να πιστοποιεί ότι το κινητό το παρέλαβε το κατάστημα για βλάβη ούτε ενημέρωση που είναι το τηλέφωνο και που το έστειλαν! Συνέχεια μου το πήγαιναν από εβδομάδα σε εβδομάδα και κινητό δεν έβλεπα. Και μετά από όλη αυτή την καθυστέρηση τους είπα ότι αρνούμαι να το επισκευάσω με αποτέλεσμα να έρθει το κινητό πίσω με οθόνη όχι σωστά κουμπομενη στραβό πλαστικό και την χαμένη θήκη που τούς άφησα μαζί με την συσκευή! Προσωπική μου άποψη για το κατάστημα κοιτάνε μόνο να πουλήσουν μετά δεν φέρνουν καμία ευθύνη για το προϊόν που δυστυχώς πουλάνε... Well guys I had a recent and unpleasant experience from this store. I was very happy with their service so I was going and very often I bought what I needed from there! Of watching and needed their service in the service of my mobile! Spoil me and with mobile my responsibility and I was physically prepared to cost me money so I went to the damage in this shop where I bought it for better two gentlemen with constantly fooling. I was told at the beginning that my cellphone would go to sony service for warranty of the device my phone never went there when I told them it was naive they asked me for 55 € to repair the damage I caused without physical proof or any paper that to certify that the cellphone was received by the store for malfunctioning or not updating the phone and who sent it! I was constantly going from week to week and I didn't see a cellphone. And after all this delay I told them that I was refusing to repair it, so the cellphone came back with a screen of improperly buttoned crooked plastic and the lost case I left with the device! My personal view of the store is just looking to sell then they take no responsibility for the product they sadly sell ...

Και οι δύο εξυπηρετικότατοι, σε βοηθάνε να διαλέξεις ποια συσκευή κινητού είναι η κατάλληλη για σένα και ό,τι κι αν χρειαστείς σίγουρα τους εμπιστεύεσαι με κλειστά μάτια!??? Incredible service! Both are very helpful, they help you choose which mobile device is right for you and whatever you need, you definitely trust them with your eyes closed! ???

I	Im Up on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγαλοι απατεωνες!! Πηρα αιφον 12 απο το καταστημα τους, ο θεος να το κανει, ειχε γρατσουνια στην καμερα (καινουριο υποτιθεται). Μετα απο λιγο καιρο το εβαζα για φορτιση και δε φορτιζε το εβλεπα το πρωι με τη μπαταρια που το ειχα αφησει το βραδυ το οποιο εγινε καμια 30αρια φορες, με ξεχωριστους φορτιστες και πρηζες ωσπου η υγεια μπαταριας επεσε κατω απτο 90% σε λιγοτερο απο 8 μηνες!! το μονο που τους νοιαζει ειναι να πουλησουν τα β’ διαλογης προιοντα τους, τιποτε αλλο. Big scammers !! I got 12 from their store, God forbid, it had scratches on the camera (new supposedly). After a while I put it for charging and it did not charge, I saw it in the morning with the battery that I had left at night, which happened about 30 times, with separate chargers and sockets until the battery health dropped below 90% in less than 8 months !! all they care about is selling their second-class products, nothing else.
