Το παιδί ανακαλύπτει τις δυνάμεις του, σεβόμενο τον αντίπαλο. Μαθαίνει να χάνει και πως να το διαχειριστεί. Κυρίως όμως δομεί ένα δυνατό χαρακτήρα, έτοιμο να ανταπεξέλθει στις μετέπειτα δυσκολίες που θα συναντήσει! Ότι άθλημα και να κάνει ένα παιδί, θα ήταν εξαιρετικά χρήσιμο να το συνδιάσει με το Taekwondo, που τυχαίνει να είναι ολυμπιακό άθλημα και ταυτόχρονα στρατιωτική πολεμική τέχνη!
