I ordered a dress in size S. The shop owner informed me, that she has no size S in stock, but could send me a size M.
I replied that I wanted a size S and eould like a refund.
She then replied, that she would try to find a size S from another store.
I replied, that this would be ok, but else I would like a refund.
Today I received a package with the dress inside in size M!!!!! And she tried to hide it by putting a sticker on the price tag and drawing over the size with a pen. It is still visible though!
Very disappointed of the dishonesty of the shop owner. I can‘t even send back the dress, since I already paid taxes and duty!
DO NOT buy online, since you might not get what you ordered.
