★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με κλεισμένο ραντεβού για μεταφορά κλιματιστικων δύο εβδομάδες νωρίτερα λόγω μετακόμισης, ακύρωσαν το ραντεβού δύο ώρες πριν, επικαλούμενοι βλάβη στο αυτοκίνητο. Ζήτησα εξυπηρέτηση εντός των επόμενων δύο ημερών, αφού ήταν επιτακτικό, αρνήθηκαν να εξυπηρετήσουν άμεσα, παρόλη την υπαιτιότητα τους. Αντιεπαγγελματικη συμπεριφορά. Με ανάγκασαν να τρέχω να βρω αντικαταστάτη σε απογνωση. Απαράδεκτοι!
With an appointment for the transfer of air conditioners two weeks earlier due to relocation, they canceled the appointment two hours before, citing damage to the car.
