★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτος ο κύριος Ιωάννης ταλουμης, αν μπορείς να τον πεις κύριο, ενώ είχαμε κλείσει συνεργασία μας άδειασε τελευταία στιγμή διότι κάποιος άλλος με μεγαλύτερη καφετέρια του ζήτησε taf κ σκέφτηκε αμέσως πως θα γεμίσει η τσέπη του.... Λυπάμαι ειλικρινά... Υπάρχουν πολλοί καλύτεροι καφέδες κ. Ταλουμη .... Αντιεπαγγελματιες όλοι σας....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ναι, μεγάλο όνομα στον χώρο του καφέ παγκοσμίως. Ναι, μεγάλη ποικιλία, γνώση του αντικειμένου.
Όμως: όποιος πληρώνει 40+ ευρό το κιλό τον καφέ σίγουρα θέλει κάτι παραπάνω από τον καφέ που μπορεί να βρει στο ράφι του ΣΜ. Όταν πουλάς (εκτός των άλλων) φρεσκάδα αλλά στέλνεις στον πελάτη καφέ 4 εβδομάδων και μάλιστα - προφανώς για να «αποζημιωθεί» η μπαγιατίλα - βάζεις κι ένα επιπλέον μπαγιάτικο πακετάκι, ε κάτι δεν πάει καλά με την αντίληψη που έχετε περί σεβασμού του πελάτη!
Αν αποφασίσατε να κάνετε εκπτώσεις στην ποιότητα σας θα πρέπει πρώτα να ενημερώσετε τον υποψήφιο πελάτη σας. Από πού κι ως πού θεωρείτε ως δεδομένο ότι ενδιαφέρεται να ψωνίσει από τα... πανέρια με τα περισσεύματά σας!
Yes, a big name in the coffee industry worldwide. Yes, great variety, knowledge of the subject.
But: whoever pays 40+ euros per kilo of coffee definitely wants something more than the coffee he can find on the shelf of SM. When you sell (among other things) freshness but you send the customer coffee for 4 weeks and in fact - obviously to "compensate" the stale - you put an extra packet of stale, something goes wrong with your perception of customer respect!
If you decide to make a discount on your quality you must first inform your prospective customer. From where and to where do you take it for granted that he is interested in shopping from the ... baskets with your leftovers!
