★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από καθυστέρηση της παράδοσης για πάνω από ένα μήνα, στα τηλέφωνα που έκανα η κοπέλα με διαβεβαίωνε ότι θα παραλάβω, απλά υπάρχει φόρτος εργασίας. Αργότερα με ενημερώνουν ότι από λάθος τους, το χαλί έχει πάει για φύλαξη και θα προσπαθήσουν να το φέρουν το συντομότερο. Πιο μετά ενημερώνομαι για ύπαρξη ελάχιστης χρέωσης, η οποία δεν αναφέρεται στην απόδειξη παραλαβής, μαζί με τους υπόλοιπους όρους.
Όταν μίλησα για το θέμα στον υπεύθυνο του καταστήματος, έλαβα απαντήσεις όπως "έχω 3000 πελάτες, μείον ένας, δεν με νοιάζει", "εντάξει, δεν ήταν και χειμώνας να κρυώνετε" και λοιπά παρόμοια.
Έχει γίνει αναφορά στο συνήγορο του καταναλωτή.

Reference has been made to the consumer ombudsman.
