Really unprofessional. "I lost 1 jacket between 3 good clothes and because the time spent from behind for the omission date was used. At first he did not admit that there was a third garment while on the paper he had in front of her.

In November 2021 I visited the store, in order to leave covers for 2 sofas (2-seater & 3-seater) with their fabrics and pillows. I pointed out to the person in charge that they were very dirty, not with obvious stains, but they were very old from smoke, dust, closure and they wanted a good cleaning and freshening even with perfume. They assured me that they would take care of it and I left quietly because they were taken over by professionals. The next month, as I was not in a hurry, as I had informed, I received them and as soon as I opened them I realized that their condition was exactly the same as I delivered them. I went to the store, looking for a solution, as I was completely disappointed and had spent € 75, for a service that obviously did not happen. I was told that dry cleaning was done and only that can be done, something I was never told from the beginning. I suggested to go dry cleaning a second time, but no response. I asked for wet cleaning even at 30-40 degrees, but they did not undertake it, lest they pick up the wash, while I told them I would take responsibility. For a refund or part of it, no reason. Today and despite their volume, I washed them myself in the bathtub of my house and "cry" the money I gave them! I am deeply sorry because I understand the difficulties that stores experience, I am not a touchy person who seeks tensions or has unreasonable demands, but most importantly I do not tolerate mockery as a consumer!
