Μπορώ να πω ότι ήταν εξαιρετικά απαίσιο Καλύτερα να μην πληρώναμε καν Εύχομαι τα χειρότερα

Η επιβεβαίωση της λαϊκής παροιμίας του οτι πληρώνεις παίρνεις! Είχα την “τύχη” να ταξιδέψω δύο φορές με το συγκεκριμένο τουριστικό γραφείο.. Την πρώτη φορά επέλεξα ενα από τα προγράμματα του για Κωνσταντινούπολη..Μιας και αρκετά οικονομική προσφορά δελεάστηκα.. Εκει ξεκίνησε το μαρτύριο! Στιβαγμένοι γύρο στα 70 άτομα Ταξιδέψαμε μια βροχερή μέρα με ενα λεωφορείο που ήταν το ίδιο βροχερό και στο εσωτερικό του Αηδιαστικά βρώμικο σε σημείο που φοβόσουν να ακουμπήσεις γύρο σου,χωρίς τον απαραίτητο εξαερισμό που η μυρωδιά στο εσωτερικό έκανε το σκηνικό ακόμα περισσότερο αποπνικτικό! (Νομίζω δεν έχουν καθαρίσει Ποτε) Φτάσαμε στο ξενοδοχείο με τα κόπων και βασάνων όπου διαπιστώσαμε οτι και οι αποσκευές μας ήταν μούσκεμα μαζί με όλα μας τα ρούχα! Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν στην περιοχή του Γκαρ η κάπως έτσι αν θυμάμαι καλά στο οποίο μετά την Δυση του ηλίου δεν μπορούσες να κυκλοφορήσεις ούτε μέχρι το περίπτερο! Την δεύτερη μου μετακίνηση με το γραφειο αυτό δεν την επέλεξα εγω αλλα ενα συγγενικό μου πρόσωπο. Έκλεισε λεωφορείο για μεταφορά στην Ελασωνα για κάποιο κοσμικό γεγονός.. Να μην τα πολυλογώ το λεωφορείο χάλασε και όταν πηγαίναμε και όταν επιστρέφαμε με τουλάχιστον 2-3 ώρες καθυστέρηση συνολικά! Ο οδηγός ευγενέστατος ζήτησε συγνώμη προσπαθώντας να φτιάξει την ζημιά και επίσης ζήτησε από το αφεντικό του να στείλε άλλο λεωφορείο να μας πάρει το οποίο δεν ήρθε ποτε..έτσι λοιπόν ο οδηγός έφτιαξε την ζημιά όταν πηγαίναμε αλλα στην επιστροφή χάλασε ξανά!

Posto davvero orribile dopo aver pagato una gita ed aver aspettato l'autobus nel luogo indicato da loro(per loro intendo una guida serba pegia o qualcosa del genere che lavora per loro) con poca precisione abbiamo aspettato l'autobus non vedendolo chiamiamo alle 9,07 (fortuna che il telefono registra l'ora delle chiamate) e ci viene detto che l'autobus è già partito faccio presente che noi eravamo la io e la mia ragazza e loro dicono sappi che i soldi non li restituiamo ? ora chiamo e vedo se è ancora in zona e torna indietro, dopo 15 minuti chiamiamo la sede dell'agenzia che ci dice che sono troppo impegnati ma per fortuna ci danno il numero del capo che durante la conversazione ci dice che abbiamo ritardato noi 10 minuti poi mentre parla aumentano a 20 poi a 30 (per questo dicevo fortuna che rimane l'ora delle chiamate) comunque la cosa è durata tutto il giorno perché siccome hanno più sedi ci mandavano da una all'altra scaricando la colpa ma una era la sede dov'è avvenuta la registrazione del nostro viaggio e l'altra è la sede centrale quindi dove si doveva andare???!!! Inoltre sono stati davvero scortesi nel rispondere e ridevano pure in faccia, spero che quast'agenzia rovina vacanze chiuda al più presto perché di cambiare vedendo come sono la vedo dura

Awful , dreadful and so on, no order whatsoever for the seats, dirty, horrible way to travel ...not to be recommended to anyone.

It was AWFUL experience - we went on excursion from Leptokarya to Skiathos Island. Out tour guide did not say a word a out anything, no hdescribing history of the city whatsoever. They were late in the morning - it was told to us to wait for the bus at 5.50h in the morning. The bus arrived at 06.50h. They lost our papers which we needed for the boat so we had to fill all the information from the beginning. We have booked another excursion to Olimp with them for tomorrow but we will not go. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!

The lady managed to find us a well priced last minute holiday package. Very friendly, too. However, we were not informed properly about the check in time of our room and we ended up waiting 3 hours and a half with our luggages in 38 degrees. Also, the lady in the travel agency wad adamant that the room was very clean which was the exact opposite. Moreover, the photos of the room that we were shown had nothing to do with the actual room. In addition, in the bus that took us to Rafina port, the passengers were allowed to take on and off their masks as they pleased. The driver and the escort did not wear any masks, too. While we were waiting for the bus, nobody was there to confirm if it was the right place to wait or for any other inquiries and the passengers were asking each other. As a travel agency, they are quite flexible but insist on the trip details, especially on the room ones.
