★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In Skopelos for a week and pretty much have 90% of my meals and beach time here. Food is good, price is fair, strong free WiFi, ambience is amazing especially for dinner with the sunset. Order a drink or two and you can use their sunbed for the whole day for free.
But what wins me most is the people working there. So friendly, full of smiles, always making sure you have a comfortable time. Operates as a family taverna, so the mood is very warm and homely. I have had quite a number of unpleasant racist situations on my way from Meteora to the island and so I really appreciate the way everyone takes care of me and my belly here, making me feel very much at home. Have visited other restaurants on the island but always end up coming back here.
It's a must visit when you are on Panormos beach. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice taverna in Panormos right next to the beach. Around 7:45 pm the waiter put the tables close to the sea, so you could enjoy a relaxing dinner with the sunset at the beach. Food was very good. They have fresh sea food and the service was excellent. The stuffed (with cheese and paprika) grilled calamari was a must!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food with even better prices! The staff was really friendly and nice. The only bad thing is that we found it quite late during our visit and could only go there twice!
The restaurant itself is a bit overshadowed by the big, flashy places beside. Don’t be fooled by the big signs and lights and try this instead!

The fried calamari were too heavy, not sure if the oil was fresh, the Greek salad was cold and nice, the octopus was my biggest disappointment. It was I believe precooked, cut in pieces and very chewy. Also, it was not possible to pay with a card.
