Very nice for family and meat lovers.
The trip there is rewarding passing through the forest and attention for wild life you may cross cows or deers while driving.
Bring cash because sometimes the POS is offline.

We loved every minute, the atmosphere was cozy and the food was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They avoid using POS by saying "it is not working", months now. They don't give a receipt to their customers. The food is expensive but the meat is tasty. I can't recommend it. No POS and no receipt while it is expensive, is unacceptable. I would give it one star but it earns one more for the lovely cats.

A friend took us to Lambros for lunch on a Sunday. Lambros is a traditional Greek taverna with unpretentious food. If you like steakhouses and don't mind to get your hands dirty you are gonna love Lambros.
The food is out of this planet good. The lamb chops are probably the best I ve ever tried and the sausage was incredible. Really - the food was faultless.
The setting is nothing to write home about but then again you are eating inside a forest in the heart of Athens. So not bad at all.
Lambros is that local tavern that for days you are looking forward to visit over the weekend. Its not gonna fail to impress you.
P.S. If you come here for dinner make sure you get a sweater as it can get a bit chilly.
