The location is magical, food is prepared fresh in a big furnace and the owner is the friendliest guy. Highly recommended if you want a dinner you will always remember.

Every time I visit Crete I pay my respects to the owners of this amazing place. Give yourself a break from the heat of the beach, take your place under the shade of the ancient plane trees and take your pick from the delicacies that the cook has prepared for you. From meat and vegetable dishes from the wood fired oven, to casseroles cooked over fire, mezze and coal grilled lamb chops, whatever you pick satisfaction is guaranteed. Finish your meal with a traditional cheese pan-fried pie (mizithropita) with some honey on it and leave thankful that you discovered this blessed place.
