Best Greek restaurant in Greece

W	Weronika Weronika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were tricked by this restaurant. We wanted to take-away gyros in restaurant below, typical street food. Guy outside invited us to stay in restaurant and we will get free wine upstairs. We went there and we ordered some food. We weren't so hungry so we decided to eat something small. The waiter was trying to force us to order more food with higher prices. They brought us some additional salad and we had to pay for it at the end. Also it was the first place that we had to pay something called "restaurant tax".. thanks to argue with waiter we get some discounts. BE CAREFUL of this place. Food weren't good, I couldn't eat my dish. Don't be fool, find another place to eat.

Yes it was very pricey and you can’t understand what you are paying for because it’s in Greek but it’s in all restaurants in Greece like that As We observed. The place was very busy when we were there and waiters were in a very rush to do everything. Definitely not a relaxing place to eat at.

I then went upstairs and sampled a Greek beer. Freddie, the waiter, was super friendly so I decided to book a reservation for my wife and I for lunch the next day. We arrived and were greeted by Reddy the waiter who made us feel right at home. He serves us a Spritz aperitif which was great and a coke. We then had three Greek appetizers (pita and yogurt, fried cheese, and meatballs) which were all very tasty! Freddy then came by and gave us a complimentary glass of wine and lemon liquor. Yes it was a little expensive, but your in the heart of Santorini and the food is great. Plus you will leave making a friend along the way!! PS try the chocolate cake!

They forced us to take the bottle of water for $2.50 which we didn't want because we're getting beers. Also they just put down the bread without telling us there will be a charge for $8.50 for few pieces of bread. Before we go in the manager said 20% off total price. We ordered seafood for 4 people $120-20%= 96 Euro and confirmed with waiter 3 times. The final bill came with no discount and over charged. Complaint with dishonest and than gave us only 10%. Went over with the waiter again and finally gave us 20% off what the manager promised. I don't mind giving them tips and pay full price, but with dishonest, I'll not go back. Across uphill from McDonald there's a corner restaurant open late and their price was much lower and better service.
V	Victor Rengnez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We manager promised us a 20% discount but at the end we paid 10€ more. We discovered later that they cheated us but it was too late... And a local confirmed me they are doing that all the time. We could not order exactly what we wanted and we needed to change 2 times. However the food was good, the staff kind, closing the door when someone was smoking outside, changing our place as we asked, attending us correctly.
