★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to eat if you want to go more traditional. Chicken with lemon sauce is excellent + fried potatoes, yum yum. The location doesn't look fancy but if you are looking for really good food at fair prices, you found the right place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The goat with oregano was delicious (10,5 euro) - good combination with homemade red wine (1/2 litre for only 3 euro)!!! Pasta with minced meat (6 euro) and chicken with lemon sauce were decent. Though, the stuffed burger wasn't what we expected, it comprised only 2 pieces wof burger meat, filled with some cheese, togheter with a side dish of your choice (potatoes, rice or a 3rd option I can't remember for the moment) - therefore don't expect a real burger, like our friend did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was good, and staff was polite. Nice ambience under the platanus. Service was much slower than what we are used to. If you are coming in the evening, even during summer, make sure to bring a jacket as it gets chilly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and tasty food. I am glad of my wife's choice to come here. Apart from tasty food, the service was very nice and the stuff was smiling. Under a πλατανος (plane tree) it's definitely something different from the other taverna by the sea. I definitely recommend it to everyone, especially non-Greeks. Greek kitchen is not only mousaka, pastitsio and gyro. Taste the goat with oregano and the pork chop with oregano. Mmmm am still thinking of it! Γειά σου ρε Ελλάδα με τα ωραία σου!

My customers and I have had great meals and unforgettable memories sitting and eating under the ancient gigantic trees in the square.The owner and staff are very friendly.My loved meal is "Rooster in red sauce" when available.
