The food tasted great! Much better than what you get served in the hotel :D
The waitress was really really friendly and the view was amazing.
We clearly recommend this Tavern!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped off here on our way around the Lassithi Plateau and received a very warm welcome. They were clearly still setting up for the season but were happy to provide us with coffee and cokes (served with some lovely cinnamon bread).
Whilst there the rest of the family arrived and were happy to chat whilst we had our refreshments.
We were told of the lovely meals to expect once the kitchen gets going; alas it's our last day with the car so hopefully other tourists will be able to enjoy what's on offer !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A family run restaurant with exceptional quality food to offer from their wood smoked ovens, excellent value for money, amazing location, a great stop for refreshments. Lots of beautiful places of interest nearby including the magnificent vultures which you might be lucky to see circling overhead.
