★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waitress was very polite and fast. Food was ok with small portions and nothing special. Prices were really high for what we got. The area is beautiful calm and relaxing. The shouting of the owner lady towards the waitress was not a very nice image...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was on the road back from to my hotel and it decided to tow take the gravel road, after 3 kilometres I found this little tavern by the sea. Quiet place, genuin Greek tavern by the sea! Recommended!

The location is great, serene, quite. The owners are very welcoming.
Just a bit on the expensive side. But worth it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to go on this bay during the sunset but even with empty restourant the waitress told us "the owner want customer for eating under the pergola around the restaurant and for drink near the sea"". Near the sea with plastic chairs with total different situation. No thanks we don't like. We left the taverna without drink nothing. The beach was nice but this rules are stupid we had drink in 20 minutes and the restaurant was empty

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The taverna is OK and they offer umbrellas with 2 chairs for 10 euros which is expensive. I had a coffe frappe for 3,5 also on the expensive side. The beach is really nice but not much room left if you don't want to use the facilities of the taverna. The service was good but the owner did not seem very friendly.

BUT…there’s a price.
I don’t like to leave bad reviews, and this isnt that. More just realistic. The food was good and the vibe is relaxed which was great for us as there were no families or big groups which is what we didn’t want. However, the price for the food does not make sense. Usually, a house wine for a half litre is 4-6€ but here it’s 8€. Fish was 20€ with no sides (potato or salad). And the rest of the small plates are 2/3€ more than other restaurants. For example a Dakos salad was 12€ which is usually between 6-8€.
If wasn’t for the great location right on top of a small secluded beach I wouldn’t recommend due to the prices.
You can go just around the corner to the Laris taverna and get the same quality food for half the price, also with a local vibe and on top of a beach. But with more family and kids running around. It depends what you’re looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends and I decided to have lunch here as it looked like your typical welcoming Greek tavern…nothing further from this.
While you might be satisfied with the quality of the food, the waiters are INCREDIBLY rude. The menus were thrown at us after a 15 minute wait and while we were trying to order the waiter yelled at us because we were looking at the picture of the menu on our phones.
The food itself was good and the location was very beautiful as the patio overlooked the sea, but I’d rather not pay 14€!!!! for a single piece of squid.
Not recommended if you’re on a budget and like to be treated with respect.
