Outside tables not too great but very typical Greek.
Staff welcoming and friendly.
Menù was very good with all typical Greek plates however most of the plates were not available anymore despite was just 9 PM.
Gyros were simple but very tasty, and Greek salad as good as expected.
Prices were cheap!
Recommended for a typical Greek restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite place to eat in Corfu old town! Went there twice in two days, because the food was just fantastic. Home-like restaurant serving traditional Greek dishes for both tourists and locals (to see so many local people eating there is always a good sign). I highly recommend it!

We had delicious food and a lot of fun in the Tavern. The Staff was very friendly ?We can totally recommend this cute little Restaurant!! Greetings from Germany from the 5 Girls who totally smell like garlic now ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food fantastic 5/5. The atmosphere 4/5 for me since it is located in the narrow backstreet with people passing by. Most dishes are reasonably priced, considering it’s in the Corfu city center. The restaurant staff was friendly and the service was great. Strongly recommend if you want to have some delicious Greek food in the middle of the old town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only ordered the Gyro to go, as I previously read that they have the best in Corfu and possibly Greece. With such high praise, I cannot imagine this to be the very best in Greece but can certainly be in Corfu. Was very tasty. For having no customers ahead of me, the order took surprisingly long, and the restaurant isn't quite so clean. But nonetheless, it offers a nice hole on the wall (in a good way), traditional old school vibe at a location relatively tucked away yet quite loud and warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Greek family cuisines and you could also find Corfu local dishes here. We ordered the cod fish/ green beans are really delicious. It’s also very good money for value to take away to home. Staff is also friendly :) Must visit in Corfu!!
It’s better to visit around morning or lunch time and restaurant will provide more dishes . If you will visit at evening or afternoon, it might have less cuisines to choose .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a marvellous local taverna to have food at the bustling old town. The prices are by far one of the fairest and the customer service was top notch. Their house wines were quite delicious. We enjoyed the vegetarían options and the quick service. The food was simple and portions were generous.
The clean toilet facilities were appreciated. The location is spot on and both locals and tourists dine in alike here
