Χωρις να το αναφέρει. Λίγη προσοχη αγαπημένοι, υπάρχουν ανθρωποι με δυσανεξία σε κάποια υλικά, θα πρέπει να το γράφετε. Κατέληξα να πάρω αγωγή... Πεντανόστιμες χορτόπιτες ψημένες στο μαντέμι, ζυμαρικά παραδοσιακά κομμένα στο χέρι με λιωμένο βούτυρο και σπιτική μυζήθρα. Η Ιφιγένεια προσχαρη και ευγενική, η απόλυτη οικοδέσποινα. Οι τιμές άριστες, καμια σχέση με Αθήνα. Προτείνεται με κλειστά μάτια! Very nice tavern in beautiful Gingina. Food from another planet. Delicious herb pies baked in cast iron, pasta traditionally cut by hand with melted butter and homemade mizithra. Iphigenia happy and kind, the ultimate hostess. The prices are excellent, nothing to do with Athens. Recommended with closed eyes!

Όμως πιστεύω ότι οι τηγανιτές πατάτες θα σας πάνε πίσω στα παιδικά σας χρόνια: κομμένες πολύ λεπτές ροδελες άψογα τραγανές. Η Ιφιγένεια, η ιδιοκτήτρια, είναι ακριβώς αυτό που θες από έναν επαγγελματία: πρόθυμη, έξυπνη και ευγενική. Really delicious food. The most delicious burgers and meatballs I have ever eaten. Excellent vegetable pie, and wonderfully hot spetsofie. But I believe that french fries will take you back to your childhood: cut very thin slices perfectly crisp. Iphigenia, the owner, is exactly what you want from a professional: willing, smart and kind.
