Kostas is an example of great host, we tried Almond and Cherry Raki, white and red wine with possibility to buy some of it. After lunch he gave us grapes to carry picked from top of the restaurant garden

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a fantastic dinner at Taverna Veronica. The hosts Veronica and Kostas are among the friendliest and most hospitable people we've ever met in Crete. The food they offer is remarkably delicious and fresh, and we couldn't really say that we've had better food anywhere on the island. Honestly, this place is fantastic. It's impeccably clean as well as homely, and the hosts couldn't be more welcoming and accommodating. Whenever we should return to Crete, we will make sure to stop by at Taverna Veronica! ❤️
