★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Συνεργάστηκα 2.5 χρόνια ως ΙΚΕ παροχής υπηρεσιών με το συγκεκριμένο γραφείο. Το γραφείο για τα δεδομένα της πόλης θεωρείται "μεγάλο" και ειδικεύεται στη παροχή υπηρεσιών σε expats. Το προσωπικό είναι ως επί το πλείστον ευγενικό και καλοπροαίρετο.
Η ποιότητα παροχής υπηρεσιών φτωχή. 10 μήνες μετά τη λήξη της συνεργασίας μας, οι καινούριοι μου συνεργάτες ακόμα βρίσκουν και διορθώνουν λάθη.
Απ' το συνδυασμό λαθών και μη παροχής ορθών συμβουλών τα 2.5 αυτά χρόνια υπολογίζω ότι έχασα κάποιες χιλιάδες ευρώ. Σε χαμένο χρόνο, παραγωγικότητα, άγχος και το συνεπαγόμενο κόστος στην υγεία μου, έχασα πολλά περισσότερα. Ελάχιστος σεβασμός στο κόπο μου, στο χρόνο μου και στο άτομό μου. Ως απλό παράδειγμα αναγκάστηκα να σπαταλήσω ένα πρωί στο ΙΚΑ για κάτι για το οποίο αρκούσε μια απλή εξουσιοδότηση, το οποίο συνειδητοποίησα βλέποντας άλλο λογιστή που εκπροσωπούσε πελάτη του δίπλα μου στην ουρά.
Αν σέβεστε τον εαυτό σας, το κόπο σας και τον ύπνο σας, πηγαίνετε αλλού.
I collaborated for 2.5 years as a service provider with this office. The city data office is considered "large" and specializes in providing services to expats. The staff is mostly polite and well-meaning.
The quality of service is poor. 10 months after the end of our collaboration, my new collaborators still find and correct mistakes.
From the combination of mistakes and not providing the right advice in these 2.5 years, I estimate that I lost some thousands of euros. In lost time, productivity, stress and the consequent cost to my health, I lost a lot more. Minimal respect for my effort, my time and my person. As a simple example I had to waste one morning at IKA for something for which a simple authorization was enough, which I realized seeing another accountant representing a client next to me in line.
If you respect yourself, your effort and your sleep, go elsewhere.
