Αυτό σημαίνει ότι οι εξυπηρετούμενοι δεν αντιμετωπίζονται ως πελάτες αλλά πρωτίστως ως άνθρωποι. Ευγενικό το προσωπικό πάντα δίπλα στους γονείς πρόθυμοι να συζητήσουν οποιαδήποτε απορία παρουσιαστεί. Στον Ταξιάρχη οι συνεδρίες δεν αποτελούν μια καθημερινή ρουτίνα αλλά επιστημονικό λειτούργημα. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στην Κυρία Παπαμιχαήλ και στην ομάδα της!
