★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drive to airport ok, though driver charged us airport toll totalling oo 41.5€ (max 38eur should cover it all! Well, the meter showed 27.80 when arrived at the airport, after which driver added manually taxes until 38.10€). He would not have given receipt unless specifically asked (toll of course not listed there). Would not expect this kind of scam, even if not discussing about big money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used this agency 4 times...4 different drivers.Just one driver was nice.The others where rude and creepy...Two of them where disturbed cuz i couldn t guide them,they where too lazy to open their gps.One asked me:"You don t even know where you live"?This happened after i gave him the adress.He expected from me to be a gps.He wanted to hear from me:turn right,turn left...etc.I am new in Athens.I usually travel by bus,and i really don t know how to guide a taxi driver who has his gps right in the face.From another i did not receive my rest after i paid him.And the last one was very rude and with a bad mood.I understand,i have made a mistake giving them the wrong adress.I was in front of a supermarket,but i did not knew that this supermaket is extended on two streets.So i gave the wrong one.After i realised my mistake,i called them and tell them the correct location with excuses and all.The woman that answered my call was very rude and unprofessional.Anyway she called the driver and sent him to my location.When i got in his car i salute him and tell him that i am really really sorry for my mistake.He would not event look at me and not even answer to the salute and at least to accept my excuses.I felt really uncomfortable with him in that car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE AWARE: Totally NOT dependable. We were waiting for their appointed taxi under 36°C sunrays in Piraeus port ... and he decided to quit without notice!!! Not a message or a call!!!. BUT 20 min before the driver called and said "no problem I will wait for you, Sir" when I explained that our ship was delayed as expected!! Sir... my eye. Taxiplon was Not there when needed without a single word why!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was only 3 km ride it took us no more than 30 mins with the traffic and when we got to the destination the driver told us to pay him 10€ then I looked at the app it clearly said 3.16€...what a rip off!!!
