★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rudest people I have ever seen and totally unprofessional and uninterested in selling. I went in the first time and was rudely told I could not smell Nor look at the teas because of the pandemic. Of course I totally understand the safety rules but nothing was done to explain the difference in the teas I was looking for, no friendliness and a feel I was disturbing... Nonetheless, I bought 2 types of Earl Greys and 3 herbal teas (400 grams total). My friend who knows the owner also had a similar experience and called him to let him know the behaviour/experience we witnessed (I am French and my friend is Greek, so not an issue about language). I thought things would be different after the call but NO! Went in again yesterday asking for Earl Grey and was not even asked which one I wanted. When I said I forgot the one I liked last time nothing was done to guide me and the younger salesperson was extremely rude to my husband. WE WILL NEVER EVER STEP INTO THIS PLACE WITH ARROGANT STAFF.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great shop for those who love tea and herbs. The variety is great and all the information and guidance on what matches what you are looking for is available on the menu or by the store staff who are very kind and accommodating.
It is certainly worth visiting. The prices are on the salty side but the quality is great while there is also a variety of tea related apparatus available in case you are missing anything.
