★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ανταπόκριση και συμπεριφορά επιεικώς απαράδεκτη. Περιμένοντας 3 μέρες χωρίς ειδοποίηση αλλά και καμία ενημέρωση στο τηλέφωνο, εισέπραξα τελικά την απάντηση :
"αν δεν σας κάνουμε να πάτε σε άλλους" !!! και : "μας πήρατε 4 φορές τηλέφωνο δεν έχετε άλλη δουλειά να κάνετε ';
Μιλούσα μάλλον με τον ιδιοκτήτη αν και δεν μου συστήθηκε.
Όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα για τη συμπεριφορά του εισέπραξα: "αυτή τη συμπεριφορά έχω γιατί με εκνευρίζετε" !!!
Η γραμματέας κάθε μέρα με επιβεβαίωνε πως θα ειδοποιηθώ για το π΄τε με έχουν προγραμματίσει. Αυτό δεν έγινε ποτέ.
Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.
Υπάρχει όμως κι η καλή πλευρά : Τα παιδιά που τελικά ήρθαν και επισκεύασαν την γκαραζόπορτα [ άλλαξαν το μοτέρ] ήταν άψογα, ευγενέστατα και άριστοι μάστορες. Τελικά μου είπαν και το μυστικό : ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι Κεφαλλονίτης. Εεεε, λοιπόν το μυστήριο λύθηκε. Έτσι εξηγείται η συμπεριφορά. Ξέρετε, οι κεφαλλονίτες είναι και του ύψους και του βάθους. Τη μια μέρα πάνε στον Άγιο με τα γόνατα και την άλλη του σέρνουν τα εξ αμάξης. Προσέξτε, λοιπόν πως θα του μιλήσετε. Αυτά.
Response and behavior is unacceptably unacceptable. Waiting for 3 days without notice and no updates on the phone, I finally got the answer:

The secretary every day confirmed that I would be notified of how they had planned me. This has never happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επιλέξαμε κατόπιν υποδείξεως και κοστολόγησης της εταιρείας, το ακριβότερο μοτέρ της αγοράς. Αποδεχτήκαμε το κόστος χωρίς διαπραγμάτευση. Χρειάστηκαν τέσσερις επισκέψεις σε δέκα μέρες, για να διαγνωστεί και επισκευαστεί η βλάβη με την ανάλογη ταλαιπωρία .Και όταν ζητήσαμε με το θάρρος που είχαμε, μόνο τέσσερις μέρες για να συγκεντρωθεί το οφειλόμενο πόσον στην πολυκατοικία, ο «επιχειρηματίας» αρνήθηκε με τον χειρότερο , προσβλητικό και υβριστικό τρόπο , γιατί δεν είμασταν έτοιμοι και συνεπείς ενώ εκείνοι ήταν άψογοι !!;; Λέγοντας ότι δεν έχει ανάγκη πελάτες σαν κι εμάς που τον χρειαζόμαστε κάθε είκοσι χρόνια και ότι δεν έχει κανένα λόγο να μας διευκολύνει !! Έστελνε και μηνύματα το Σαββατοκύριακο!! Μείναμε άναυδοι... δεν απαντήσαμε.. και εννοείται .. εξοφλήσαμε άμεσα!!

Ανύπαρκτος επαγγελματισμός !!
Following the suggestion and costing of the company, we chose the most expensive motor on the market. We accepted the cost without negotiation. It took four visits in ten days, to diagnose and repair the damage with the appropriate inconvenience. and abusive way, why were we not ready and consistent while they were flawless !! ?? Saying that he does not need customers like us who need him every twenty years and that he has no reason to facilitate us !! He also sent messages on the weekend !! We were left speechless ... we did not answer .. and of course .. we paid immediately !!
Great arrogance !!
Non-existent professionalism !!
