★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ταχύτατοι, ευγενέστατοι, αλλά ΠΑΝΑΚΡΙΒΟΙ!!! Συνηθισμένη βλάβη κλιματιστικού, ο τεχνικός έκανε διάγνωση σε δευτερόλεπτα και μέσα σε περίπου 5 λεπτά το είχε φτιάξει. Μου είπε ότι έβαλε ένα εξάρτημα στον συμπιεστή.... Όλο αυτό μου κόστισε 70 ευρώ (+φπα;), που θέλοντας και μη τα έδωσα, καθώς μόνο η επίσκεψη θα ήταν 35€. Μετά από 3 μέρες το κλιματιστικό άρχισε να μου ρίχνει μία ασφάλεια στον πίνακα. Κάλεσα άλλον ηλεκτρολόγο που έφτιαξε το πρόβλημα (με 25€), ο οποίος μου είπε ότι το εν λόγω εξάρτημα του συμπιεστή κάνει ~5,50 ευρώ. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας! Ο μόνος λόγος που έβαλα 3 αστεράκια, είναι για το ότι έρχονται γρήγορα ακόμα και Σάββατο. Αυτά....
 Very fast, very gentle, but VERY EXPENSIVE !!! A common air conditioner failure, the technician diagnosed in seconds and within about 5 minutes had fixed it. He told me that he put an accessory in the compressor .... All this cost me 70 euros (+ VAT?), Which I willingly did not give, as only the visit would be 35 €. After 3 days the air conditioner started throwing a fuse on my panel. I called another electrician who fixed the problem (with € 25), who told me that the compressor component in question costs ~ 5.50 euros. The conclusion is yours to make! The only reason I put 3 stars, is because they come fast even on Saturday. That's all....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Σπάνια μπορεί κανείς να βρει μια επιχείρηση η οποία θα εναρμονίζεται απόλυτα με τα θέλω και τις ανάγκες του πελάτη. Άμεση εξυπηρέτηση αλλά κυρίως υψηλός επαγγελματισμός. Σας την συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα.
Rarely can one find a business that will perfectly harmonize with the wants and needs of the customer. Immediate service but mainly high professionalism. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχαμε κανονίσει ραντεβού και δεν ήρθαν ποτέ. Ήθελα να βάλω και ένα στο σαλόνι και να μου πουν την επαγγελματική τους γνώμη αλλά ούτε και αυτό ηταν κίνητρο... Η απόσταση από την έδρα είναι 6 με 7 τετράγωνα.
We had arranged an appointment and they never came. I wanted to put one in the living room and they would tell me their professional opinion but even that was not an incentive ... The distance from the headquarters is 6 to 7 blocks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήθελα να κάνω αλλαγή θερμοσίφωνου και επιτέλους βρήκα μια εταιρεία που ανταποκρίθηκε άμεσα, το κόστος ήταν αυτό που είχαμε συμφωνήσει από την αρχή, ο κύριος Αντώνης που μας εξυπηρέτησε ήταν ευγενέστατος και ήξερε τη δουλειά του, τακτικός χωρίς καν να φύγει ούτε σταγόνα στο σπίτι κατά την αλλαγή του θερμοσίφωνου. Σε μια ώρα έγιναν όλα άψογα και όλα λειτουργούν χωρίς πρόβλημα. Σίγουρα θα καλέσω και πάλι την εταιρεία αν χρειαστώ κάτι.
I wanted to change the water heater and finally I found a company that responded immediately, the cost was what we had agreed from the beginning, Mr. Antonis who served us was very kind and knew his job, regular without even leaving a drop at home during water heater change. In one hour everything was perfect and everything works without a problem. I will definitely call the company again if I need anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν είναι αυτοί επαγγελματίες να μου τρυπήσεις την μύτη. Δεν ήρθαν ποτέ σε ραντεβού που είχαμε προκαθορίσει από μέρες. Κ αφού κάλεσα εγώ να δω τι γίνεται κ που βρίσκονται, μια αγενεστατη κυράτσα που απάντησε στο τηλέφωνο, μου έλεγε κάτι μπουδρες κ δικαιολογίες, κ στο τέλος μου έκλεισε το τηλέφωνο κατάμουτρα. Έχουν κ μαγαζί...δεν κοιτάνε τα χαλιά τους, μου θέλουμε κ site. Απαράδεκτοι κ ακατάλληλοι για συνεργασία.
If they are professionals, pierce my nose. They never came to an appointment we had predetermined for days. After I called to see what was going on and where they were, a rude girl answered the phone, said something to me and excuses, and in the end my phone hung up. They also have a shop ... they do not look at their carpets, we want a site. Unacceptable and unsuitable for cooperation.
