Had faulty professional equipment (monitor)delivered and they refused to swap it for another one, refused to inform me on who their distributor was. Most probably grey market. After a month of delays, very inapropriate behavior over the phone and after I had to involve a lawer they changed the monitor with a new one that also turned out to be faulty (dead pixels) and out of specs (brightness uniformity)

It took one week to understand they cannot fix a cooler in my laptop. Of course noone bothered to call back even they promised to do so.

One of the worst hardware stores that I've experienced ever. Awful customer service, zero tech/support service. A great example of how not to run your business.

Please avoid buying from them, it took almost 4 week to replace broken device and in the end they told that it's out of stock so please wait another 2 weeks. Grils on phone they were very kind but they are powerless, whoever is the owner, he dont even have clue how to organize a business. I will recommend to buy from big stores or physically acquire something from stocks, rather than paying for lost time. So disappointing

When I can start? 1. Bad management 2. Products with problems I have order 4-5 times I got furstated all the time! 3. Don’t buy stock house never! You have to pay return every time not worth it! The only good thing from them is that they exists! I had to change all the time in the and I bought products 180€ i end paying 245€ at the end!

Had a great experience with them. Ordered something online that turned out I did not need. I never opened the box and they could not replace it with the item I really wanted as they did not have it in stock but they still fully refunded me with charge back on my credit card within a week without any issues. Great service - thank you so much! Will be buying from you in the future.

Just follow the mountains of advice so many people have given: don't buy stuff from this shop Faulty products, slow delivery, paying delivery fees to send them back, waiting A LOT until they check them, paying delivery fees for a second time for any minor part you've not included in the first time (I've returned products a few times, no one asked me to return something more than the main product). Chances are you will get charged an extra 30€ for the product you want and a lot of waiting time. Just go buy from a local store, you'll have a better experience
