M	Marina Kefa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε η επιλογή μισο ή και κανενα αστερι πολύ ευχαρίστως θα το εβαζα. Οι άνθρωποι ειναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτοι. Για την επισκευή του πλυντηρίου μου το οποίο τελικά ήθελε ένα εξάρτημα της τάξεως των 7 € (6.90 για την ακρίβεια) που απλά το κουμπώνεις μπροστά με μια απλή κίνηση ( αλλαγή φίλτρου εν ολίγοις) μου ζήτησαν το εξευτελιστικο ποσο των 95€ !!! Πάλι καλά που το έψαξα προτού προβώ σε επισκευή και πέταξα τουλάχιστον μόνο 20€ για την επίσκεψη. ΑΥΤΑ ΤΑ ΠΡΑΓΜΑΤΑ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΑ. Θα έπρεπε να ντρέπεστε. Η αισχροκέρδεια στο μεγαλειο της. Επίσης σου στέλνουν τυφλά όποιον θέλουν αυτοί χωρίς να έχεις μια εικόνα του προφίλ του από αξιολογήσεις άλλων. Τι να πω πραγματικά. ΑΙΣΧΟΣ If there was a choice of half or no star I would gladly put it. People are indulgently unacceptable. For the repair of my washing machine which finally wanted an accessory of the order of 7 € (6.90 to be exact) that you just button it in front with a simple movement (change of filter in short) they asked me the humiliating amount of 95 € !!! Again, it's good that I looked for it before making a repair and threw at least only 20 € for the visit. THESE THINGS ARE UNACCEPTABLE. You should be ashamed. Profiteering in all its glory. V	Vasik Rap on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο τεχνικός ήρθε για λαστιχο πόρτας πλυντηριου αλλαγη. Ζητούσε επίμονα να κατέβει το στεγνωτηριο από επάνω για να ανοίξει το πλυντήριο από επάνω. . Δεν είχα άτομο και είπε θα έρθει την επόμενη με δικό του άτομο. Μου θέλανε 110 ευρώ για αλλαγή λάστιχου πλυντηριου.. Βρηκα άλλον τεχνίτη 50 ευρώ όλα με απόδειξη και το άνοιξε από μπροστά. The technician came for laundry door hinge change. He insisted on lowering the dryer from above to open the washing machine from above. . I did not have a person and he said he would come the next day with his own person. They wanted me 110 euros to change a washing machine hose .. I found another craftsman 50 euros all with a receipt and opened it from the front.
A	Antonis Kavarinos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Περί τα τέλη Μαρτίου πραγματοποιήθηκε αλλαγή του μοτέρ του ψυγείου μου, κατόπιν υποδείξεως του τεχνικού και αφού μου ζήτησε 250 ευρώ (χωρίς ΦΠΑ). Μετά από ακριβώς ένα μήνα το ψυγείο ξαναχαλάει και η εταιρεία με ενημέρωσε ότι θα πρέπει να αλλαχθεί ξανά το μοτέρ, και ότι θα έπρεπε να τους πληρώσω άλλα 100 ευρώ για την αλλαγή μοτέρ, γιατί από το εργοστάσιο που το αγοράζουν δεν δίνει εγγύηση! Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας. Προσωπικά σας προτείνω "Ποτέ Ξανά", εκτός και σας περισσεύουν και έχετε και την υπομονή να μείνετε τόσο καιρό χωρίς ψυγείο. E	Elena Konomodi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή τιμολογιακή πολιτική. Με χρέωσαν 30€ για επίσκεψη των 5' κατά το οποίο ο τεχνικός δεν έκανε τίποτα επειδή είχε πρόσβαση στα καλώδια που χρειαζόταν. Και ενώ μου είπαν εξ αρχής από το τηλεφωνικο κέντρο ότι η 1η επισκεψη αφαιρείται από το τελικό ποσόν και παρά τα παραπονά μου, μου ζήτησαν άλλα (τουλάχιστον) 30€ για την επόμενη επίσκεψη (δηλαδή δε μου αφαίρεσαν το ποσόν). Μάλλον απασχολούμε Καθηγητές Πανεπιστήμιου και δεν το ξέρουμε! Very bad pricing policy. Ο υδραυλικός άργησε μισή ώρα στο ραντεβού (οκ, ανθρώπινο), μπήκε στο σπίτι χωρίς μάσκα και αφού μου είπε ότι δεν γίνεται αυτό που θέλω μου ζήτησε 30€ για την επίσκεψη. Δεν είχε προηγηθεί καμιά ενημέρωση για χρέωση, αντίθετα με άλλες εταιρείες που όπως οφείλουν σου το λένε από πριν. Δεν είχα καν 30€ πάνω μου, του έδωσα ο,τι είχα και το μετάνιωσα αμέσως μετά. Κοιτάξτε άλλου για τεχνικό. Πρέπει επιτέλους οι κακοί επαγγελματίες να εκτοπιστούν απο την αγορά! Unacceptable. Μ	Μαρία Βασιλικοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Βάζω 1 αστέρι γιατί δεν έχει 0!!!! Πήρα τηλέφωνο χθες το πρωί για να κλείσω ένα ραντεβού με υδραυλικό. Ενώ κανονίστηκε κανονικά η επίσκεψη για σήμερα στις 12:00μ.μ. ο υδραυλικός δεν είχε ακόμα φανεί. Ύστερα από δική μου επικοινωνία με την υπηρεσία, με ενημέρωσαν πως ο υδραυλικός θα με πάρει τηλέφωνο για να συνεννοηθούμε. Όντως πήρε τηλέφωνο, αλλά πραγματικά δεν βρίσκω λόγια να χαρακτηρίσω την τραγική συνεννόηση που υπήρξε μεταξύ μας. Δε φτάνει που πέρασαν 3 ολόκληρες ώρες και δεν είχε ειδοποιήσει έστω με ένα τηλεφώνημα πως θα αργήσει, όταν του προσεφερα την εναλλακτική λύση να έρθει στις 18:30, καθώς τότε θα βρισκόμουν σπίτι, αφού με ανάγκασε να πάω πίσω όλες τις δουλειές μου και να τον περιμένω όλο το πρωί, μου ανέφερε πως έχει πιεστικό πρόγραμμα και πως δεν ξέρει αν μπορεί εκείνη την ώρα. Με τα πολλά πολλά πείστηκε, ενώ στο τέλος μου είπε το ΤΡΑΓΙΚΟ, ότι μόνο η επίσκεψη κοστίζει 25€. Ούτε ένα συγγνώμη για όλη αυτήν την ταλαιπωρία και μια πλήρης αδιαφορία !! ΛΥΠΑΜΑΙ!!! It is not enough that 3 whole hours have passed and he had not notified even with a phone call that it will be late, when I offered him the alternative to come at 18:30, as then I would be home, since he forced me to go back to all my work and I have been waiting for him all morning, he told me that he has a stressful schedule and that he does not know if he can at that time. By and large he was convinced, while in the end he told me the TRAGIC, that only the visit costs 25 €. Not an apology for all this suffering and a complete indifference !! I AM SORRY!!!
A	Adrian Giannopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καλέσαμε έναν ηλεκτρολόγο διότι δεν είχαμε ρεύμα στο σπίτι. Είχαμε ήδη ελέγξει τις ασφάλειες αλλά το πρόβλημα ήταν στην εξωτερική ασφάλεια του σπιτιού. Ο ηλεκτρολόγος αφού άλλαξε την ασφάλεια της οποίας το κόστος είναι 1.5€ η μία (μια άλλαξε) ζήτησε και πήρε 60€! Και φυσικά όταν ζητήθηκε απόδειξη ο ηλεκτρολόγος αυτός ζήτησε 78€. Είσαστε με τα καλά σας ?? Αντί επαγγελματίες και φυσικά πρέπει όλοι εσείς να κλείσετε άμεσα ! Καλό κλείσιμο σας εύχομαι Με εκτίμηση 60€ για μια ασφάλεια σε 2' σε μια χώρα που ο βασικός είναι κάτω των 500€. Άθλιοι We called an electrician because we did not have electricity in the house.
