★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Με κάλεσαν εκ μέρους της Forthnet να κλείσουμε ραντεβού για βλάβη που είχα στο ίντερνετ. Μου είπαν αν μπορώ την επόμενη ημέρα 9-12,τους απάντησα πως μπορώ μόνο 9-10 και το κλείσαμε με υπόσχεση τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία εκ μέρους τους το απόγευμα για επιβεβαίωση του 9-10. Το απόγευμα μου ήρθε αυτοματοποιημενο μήνυμα ότι το ραντεβού μου είναι κλεισμένο για 9-12 χωρίς με πάρουν τελικά τηλέφωνο. Τελωσπαντων τους περίμενα και μετά τις 10 ενώ κανονικά δεν είχα δυνατότητα και δεν εμφανίστηκε κανείς. Σε σημερινή μου επικοινωνία μαζί τους για νέο ραντεβού (μιας εβδομάδα μετά την πρώτη επικοινωνία) υποστήριξε η εκπρόσωπος τους ότι μίλησε με την σύζυγο μου και της είπε ότι δεν έχουμε πρόβλημα στο ίντερνετ (!!!!!!!) και έτσι ακύρωσε την επίσκεψη. Μικρή λεπτομέρεια : δεν έχω δώσει ποτέ το τηλέφωνο της συζύγου μου και το σταθερό δεν χρησιμοποιείται. Άραγε ποιον να πήραν τελικά τηλέφωνο; Άβυσσος
I was called on behalf of Forthnet to make an appointment for a fault I had on the internet. They told me if I can 9-12 the next day, I answered that I can only 9-10 and we closed it with a promise phone call from them in the afternoon to confirm 9-10. In the afternoon I received an automated message that my appointment is closed for 9-12 without finally calling me. I waited for them until after 10, while normally I did not have the opportunity and no one showed up. In today's communication with them for a new appointment (one week after the first communication) their representative claimed that she talked to my wife and told her that we do not have a problem on the internet (!!!!!!!) and thus canceled the visit . Small detail: I have never given my wife the phone and the landline is not used. Who did they finally call? Abyss
