CURRICULUM  VITAE

I graduated from the Faculty of Architecture of Institute University of Venice, Italy, in 1979.

I worked for 2 years (1980-1981) in the architectural office of Alexandros Zannos, which is a professor in the NTUA University and I gained significant experience of authoring architectural proposals, participated in architectural competitions and in architectural projects both in private and public sector.

I firstly founded my architectural office in 1983 and I have completed several proposals of various use and typologies both in the public and the private sector.

In 1995 I co-founded with Lambros Kostovasilis (civil engineer) a general partnership which has accomplished a significant amount of architectural and construction proposals as well as the supervision of the construction process of projects in the private sector. The projects were of a great variety such as residential units, offices, commercial shops, parking spaces and more in all over Attica area.

I have also successfully been a member in TEE (Registration No: 35570) and I am registered in the Department of General Secretariat of Public Projects by holding the diploma of architectural planner of class C in category 6 (Architectural proposals in building design) and of class B in category 7 (Special architectural designs) with registration number 4675.

Since 2011, I have also been an energy inspector with registration number 564 and I have completed numerous energy inspection and energy consumption upgrades of several buildings.

In the Electricity production sector, I am the President of SP ENERGY S.A. from 2012.

 The second generation for the continuation of the office was the most fruitful result of this long term successful story. The civil/construction engineer GEORGE PAPANIKOLAOU which holds a degree from the TEI of Piraeus and his Post-graduate Degree with title: ‘’MSc Structural Design & Construction Management’’ from the Kingston University of London. He is as well a skillful energy inspector from 2013, with registration number 8960.
