We liked the hotel, the staff and the food! Reading some of the reviews and I can't believe some of the people. You really do get what you pay for and if you want an amazing hotel experience then get a 5* hotel. People have to realise that it's a different country, a different culture. At first the staff seemed rude but once we got used to them we realised how lovely they all are and we will forever be grateful for the work they did to make our holiday so good. Don't believe any of the reviews about the pool, we went there in September and the colour of the pool was definitely BLUE. The pool is a little too small for the size of the hotel and amount of guests and would be a good idea to build another one as there is space. But for the price we paid we are very satisfied!!!

From past reviews i was expecting a horror. But me and my kids are having a fab time the food is great the rooms are clean and recently refurbed. The staff cant do enough for you. Sad person if you find fault with the price you pay . It must be so bad to loose 2euros and rate the hotel 1star sad people.

Although the hotel was clean, staff friendly, the food was so bad we had to eat out, even for breakfast( we were all inclusive). The pool and pool bar was great, plenty of seating( although some tatty) was a sun trap but shade around. would not go back.

Nothing except some flowers planted around. To be honest, nothing was as we expected in that hotel. Everything was limited. All inclusive is only a word to use from the menage to catch people. We stayed for six days and bed's sheets never been change. To many danger mosquitoes on night time.

I left the hotel on the 11th of August, have to say it was a pleasant stay, rooms clean, air conditioning had to pay another 6,5€/day, but worth. Except for the food that was almost the same for every day, the personnel was very nice, tried to sort everything out as we pointed... Parking was never enough for all the cars, a bit away from the beach...

We went to this hotel last year and have been meaning to review it ever since! Was the BEST holiday ever! The staff were absolutely perfect, couldn't do enough for us. Every single question we asked (and we asked a lot) we got a positive response and they did their best to make us feel as welcome as possible. Beach is nice and close, the food was basic but good still, the drinks again we're basic but for the price you pay for this hotel you can't expect anything more. The room was clean, nice sized balcony and the pool was absolutely lush! I know I have mentioned them in the review already but the staff really did make our holiday one to remember! Couldn't fault any of them! The reviews on here are so harsh and I am so glad we didn't take any notice of them because a lot of them couldn't be any further from the truth! Will definitely be returning in the future!

Keep your money!!!! A week in Blackpool would be better. Horrendous owners- many “reviews” are false from owners and friends etc. Renovated rooms filthy, bed bugs, maids stole jewellery perfume makeup and clothes! “All inclusive” practically none existent as pool bar man grunted and growled at every request. Food is re heated slop! If issue raised to management owners- you will be told the Albanians are coming- and to leave. Horrendous stay. Unforgettable- for the wrong reasons

Please safe your money and dont stay in this hotel .Dirty horrible hotel . Staff was so rude, unprofessional and arrogant. This hotel was horrible dirty. We arrived about midnight service was horrible make us wait 1,5 hour before we had room just because we had everything on the phone nit printed. Room was disgusting in toilet was on the floor womens tampons covering in blood . When I was spoke in reception they jist ignored me . The most horrible experience in my life. Please don't go there !!!!
