Αυτό τον χώρο επισκέφτομαι καθημερινά εκτός Κυριακής ή άλλης ημέρας μέσα στην βδομάδα γιατί εκεί εργάζομαι.Ξεκίνησα να πηγαίνω στο χώρο εργασίας μου από τα μέσα Απριλίου 2021 με εξέρεση ημέρες άδειας τις οποίες έλαβα όπως όλοι οι εργαζόμενοι.Το ημερίσιο πρόγραμμα μου είναι εύλικτο και κυλιόμενο βάση Συμβολαίου.

Llegar por transporte público es un infierno. Es peligroso, no hay aceras. Llegar en auto... Te lo roban o lo golpean. En taxi... Trabajaría para pagar solo el taxi. Que horror.

Hello everyone! My name is Algirdas Orlovas and was working at #TeleperformanceGreece as a customer service call agent. I must tell a story, not to make someone look bad, but rather to attract the attention of the company and the people who are working in there, in order to make #Teleperformance and theyr bosses to take necessary actions ASAP! Some time ago I had to write my resignation letter as I was no longer willing to continue to work for this company. The reason for that is - poor work conditions in our workplace such as air conditioning, lack of oxygen and fresh air, also the zero care of responsible authorities to solve crucial issues ASAP which many other people are influenced by as well. The lack of fresh air and oxygen in general is our daily issue at the workplace. If You have ever worked in a call center You probably already know that there are a lot of people working at the same floor, it’s like one big room, for many computers and dozens specialists working around, no separate offices or anything like it. Therefore most of the agents must use A4 format laminated plastic paper sheets trying to cool themselves and get some fresh air because the company are not able to take a better control over air conditioning. Even when many other fellow coworkers complains everyday to HR, responsible supervisor etc. the answer stays the same - "We cannot do nothing about it". Supervisors have no balls to go and ask for changes bc they are afraid to loose there's jobs. About two months ago it came to the point that even my health was affected by it in a way that nobody expected it to happen. Because of constant lack of air and the heat I unexpectedly have fainted and what follows next is rather nuts... While I was unconscious lying on the floor everybody started to panic, no one around me knew what to do including the people who should know how to act in those extreme situations. Big madam ners on site had no idea what's going on or what action must be take... People where standing around me in circle, 10 people were pulling my legs and arms in all directions... Putting a metal spoon to my mouth while I was trying to get any fresh air to my system. Some girl(rather angel), who had more common sense than the others started to waive with a plastic laminated A4 format paper sheet and I started to get slightly better, some "boss" came up and said "Everyone move away and give him space"... The waiving had stopped and I fainted again. Then pulling of arms and legs ceremony started again and I only heard the noises saying "what should we do?"repeatedly. For the next 20 minutes nothing was done to make the situation any better except unvoluntary yoga..., till someone said "lets take him downstairs". Finally, I thought to myself through the suffering in the "dream stage" wow.. I will be okey, there are hope ... After I was finally outside everything got even more interesting. Because the company has no strict smoking areas outside, dozens of people were smoking around and as soon as I got some cigarettes air - I puked. I had no space to get better and only had a second had smoke to breathe in. Finaly i wok up pulling air to my lungs like crazy... Never felt happier to feel cold and have some air. When the ambulance (more like a doctor on a motorcycle) showed up, I was suggested to go hospital or go home and rest. All my vitals was perfect so i went home. Till today nothing changed , same issues with the ac and lack of fresh air and people still suffering and complaining everyday. No actions or changes was done in order to avoid more incidents like this... Ex colleagues are telling me. Hope that this story will do the job and finally someone is going to take needed actions and responsibility for what needs to be done.
