★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο επαγγελματισμός σε άλλο επίπεδο! Έχοντας δουλέψει πολλά χρόνια σε γραμματειακά, λογιστήριο και τώρα πωλήσεις, έχω συνεργαστεί με πάρα πολλές εταιρείες στον τομέα τους. Είναι απίστευτο πόσο πίσω μπορεί να σε κρατήσει ένας λάθος άνθρωπος, πόσο ψυχοφθόρα και κοστοβόρα μπορεί να είναι μια τέτοια επιλογή. Μου έκανε τρομερή εντύπωση η προσέγγιση τους από την πρώτη διερευνητική συνάντηση μας. Ασχολήθηκαν, αφιέρωσαν χρόνο, ήρθαν στο χώρο μας για να μας γνωρίσουν. Να μάθουν ποιος είναι ο πελάτης τους, τι ακριβώς κάνει, ποιες είναι οι ιδιαίτερες ανάγκες του, ώστε να μας παρέχουν τις καλύτερες λύσεις. Τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα γιατί πραγματικά γνωρίζουν σε βάθος το αντικείμενο τους και παίρνουν πολύ σοβαρά αυτό που κάνουν. Επειδή δε σταματούν να μαθαίνουν (κι αυτό είναι μείζονος σημασίας σε έναν τομέα που διαρκώς εξελίσσεται). Γιατί όταν τους βάζουμε δύσκολα (κι αυτό είναι πολύ συχνό φαινόμενο), αναζητούν και βρίσκουν λύσεις και μας βοηθούν καθημερινά να αναπτυχθούμε. Γιατί όταν χρειαζόμαστε κάτι επειγόντως, είναι πάντα εκεί να λύσουν το πρόβλημα για να δουλεύουμε πάντα απρόσκοπτα. Γιατί όταν μας προσφέρουν λύσεις σκέφτονται το δικό μας συμφέρον, την καλύτερη λύση για τις ανάγκες μας με το μικρότερο δυνατό κόστος. Και τέλος, επειδή είναι εξαιρετικής ποιότητας Άνθρωποι όλοι τους. Όλοι στην ομάδα, ανεξαιρέτως, είναι ένας κι ένας. Σας ευχαριστώ πολύ για όσα κάνετε για εμάς κάθε μέρα, με αυτό το χαμόγελο, την ευγένεια, την εξυπηρέτηση! Να είστε πάντα καλά!
Professionalism at another level! Having worked for many years in secretarial, accounting and now sales, I have worked with many companies in their field. It is unbelievable how far back a wrong person can hold you, how soul-destroying and costly such a choice can be. I was terribly impressed by their approach from our first exploratory meeting. They were busy, they spent time, they came to our place to meet us. To find out who their customer is, what exactly he does, what his special needs are, in order to provide us with the best solutions. I highly recommend them because they really know their subject in depth and take what they do very seriously. Because they do not stop learning (and this is of major importance in a field that is constantly evolving). Because when we make them difficult (and this is a very common phenomenon), they look for and find solutions and help us grow every day. Because when we need something urgently, they are always there to solve the problem so that we always work smoothly. Because when they offer us solutions, they think of our own interest, the best solution for our needs at the lowest possible cost. And finally, because they are all excellent quality People.
