★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there yesterday to check on our stuff shipped from US. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. We even met with the owner of the company. People in wearhouse were do friendly and removed all of the items we have stored over there for further shipment just to check which items would go to home and which will go to island.
As far as their partner company in US all I can say is a total disaster. They charged us for special transport of piano promising special crate and at the end piano was just wrapped half way with bubble wrap and all wheels on piano were broken. Thank God that piano didn't arrive as a fireplace wood after all. I highly suggest that Teletrans find another partner in US since it is tarnishing their reputation.
Teletrans came forward to offer us longer storage for our extra stuff since we are unable to move it to island right now.
