Μου έστειλαν μήνυμα πως δεν κατέστη δυνατή η παραγγελία και τους πήρα τηλέφωνο και μου είπαν αν βιάζομαι να περάσω εγώ να το πάρω! Τι τακτική είναι αυτή ;; Ενώ είμαι σπίτι ( COVID-19) και περιμένω να μου λες πως δεν με βρήκες!! Εμ σε πληρώνω εμ θα περάσω εγώ να το πάρω;; Όχι δεν πάει έτσι!! Δυστυχώς αν δεν παραλάβω το θέμα μου θα φταίει η SPEdex όχι εσεις αλλά ούτε και εγώ!! I ordered something Wednesday late at night and Friday had come your bravo !! Ζήτησα απλα να μου τα κόψουν σε ίσια γραμμή - μισό δάχτυλο-και ήξερα ότι δεν θα πάρει παραπάνω από 5 λεπτά... Ωστόσο, δεν περίμενα ότι θα κοστίζε 29 ευρώ.. 29 euros for a haircut, in 5-6 minutes without shampooing .. I just asked to have them cut in a straight line - half a finger - and I knew it would not take more than 5 minutes ... However, I did not expect it to cost 29 euro..
F	Fotini Donta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ στα 15' αναμονής κάθισα σε καρέκλα κομμωτή, η γενικότερη εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ αργή. Συνολικός χρόνος στο κομμωτήριο για απλή βαφή 2 ώρες. Επίσης, ενώ η βαφή κόστιζε 40, πλήρωσα επιπλέον 15€ για φυσούνα (ενώ €17 κόστιζε το χτένισμα) χωρίς να με ενημερώσουν για την επιπλέον χρέωση. Τελικώς έφυγα με μαλλιά που δεν με ικανοποιούσαν ούτε σε εμφάνιση, αλλά ούτε σε υφή (πολύ σκληρά ενώ επέλεξα την ήπια λακ). Σίγουρα δεν θα ξαναπάω, και οπωσδήποτε δεν το προτείνω. Α	Αργυρώ Πετροπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να κάνω ντεκαπάζ από καστανό σκούρο βαμμένο για να το κάνω έντονο κόκκινο. Η κομμώτρια μου είπε για να μην ταλαιπωρήσω το μαλλί να μην ξανοίξω την ρίζα που ήταν το φυσικό μου (ξανθό σκούρο) και να την εμπιστευτώ γιατί ξέρει καλύτερα. Το θέμα όμως είναι ότι η φυσική μου ρίζα ήταν όλο και όλο ένα εκατοστό ενώ το υπόλοιπο ήταν ξεθωριασμένη καστανή σκούρα βαφή με αποτέλεσμα να έχω λίγο ανοιχτή ρίζα, δύο εκατοστά μαυρισμένης ρίζας και το υπόλοιπο μαλλί ξανοιγμενο έντονο κόκκινο!!! Απογοητεύτηκα πάρα πολύ γιατί δεν έδωσα λίγα για αυτή την διαδικασία. Ελπίζω να διαβάσετε την κριτική και να διορθωθεί το λάθος αλλιώς η κριτική θα παραμείνει έτσι. Edit: Έσπευσαν να επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου για να δούμε τι έγινε. Αυτό δείχνει επαγγελματισμό και ενδιαφέρον για τον πελάτη. Μίλησα με την υπεύθυνη των κομμωτηρίων και υποστήριξε ότι την επόμενη φορά με την βαφή της ρίζας αυτό θα διορθωθεί. I went to make decoupage from dark brown painted to make it bright red. The hairdresser told me not to bother the hair not to reopen the root that was my natural (dark blonde) and to trust her because she knows better. The point, however, is that my natural root was more than one centimeter while the rest was a faded dark brown dye, so I have a slightly light root, two centimeters of blackened root and the rest of the wool is bright red !!! I was very disappointed because I did not give much for this process. I hope you read the review and correct the mistake otherwise the review will remain that way. Edit: They hurried to contact me to see what happened. This shows professionalism and interest in the customer. I spoke with the hairdresser and she said that next time with the dyeing of the root this will be corrected.

Τη δεύτερη φορά πήγα για κούρεμα και ίσιωμα, αλλά δεν έμεινα το ίδιο ικανοποιημένη. Έφυγα από το κομμωτήριο με φριζαρισμένο μαλλί, το είπα στην κοπέλα αλλά δεν έδωσε ιδιαίτερη σημασία. Οι τιμές τους δεν ανταποκρίνονται στις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρουν. My first experience was several years ago for a hairstyle and I was very satisfied.
