★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Μη επαγγελματίες. Αφού τελικά, ύστερα από 1 μήνα, καταφέραμε να κλείσουμε ραντεβού για Δευτέρα 8:00 η ώρα το πρωί... δεν ήρθαν ποτέ! Όταν τηλεφώνησα να ρωτήσω γιατί δεν έχουν έρθει ακόμα, η απάντηση ήταν: "Αν γίνεται, να ακυρώσουμε το ραντεβού και να το βάλουμε άλλη μέρα, γιατί μέσα στο σαββατοκύριακο μας προέκυψαν πολλές δουλειές!"
Συμπέρασμα; Όταν προκύπτουν νέες δουλειές στήνεις τα προγραμματισμένα ραντεβού χωρίς ειδοποίηση...
Unacceptable behavior. Non-professionals. After finally, after 1 month, we managed to make an appointment for Monday 8:00 am ... they never came! When I called to ask why they had not come yet, the answer was: "If possible, cancel the appointment and put it on another day, because during the weekend we had a lot of work to do!"
Conclusion; When new jobs arise, you set up scheduled appointments without notice ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5star...we had a great experience visiting this shop in Kallithea close to where we needed a small job doing.The lady was most polite and extremely helpful showing me my options for re placing an old tenta.The owner came to our apartment on the first floor the next day to look and see what was exactly required.It was not a big job but we received excellent service and the really friendly guy Tony (Andonis?)who came to actually do the job few weeks later was so efficient at replacing that tenta we choose.That was in place within 1 hour and him and his Co worker deserve a 5star for their customer service and care taken doing this job.I would definately recommend this company and I will use them again soon.Thank you from Riga Fereou,Kallithea
