Είχα κάνει μια παραγγελία εδώ και 3 εβδομάδες και ενώ μου είχαν πει το πολύ σε 1 εβδομάδα θα είναι έτοιμη λέγοντάς τους τα τελικά μέτρα, τελικά διαπιστώνω ότι δεν είχαν ασχοληθεί ποτέ μ’ αυτήν. Σε τηλεφώνημα που είχα κάνει εάν είναι έτοιμη, απέφευγαν να με ενημερώσουν. Μέχρι εδώ όλα κατανοητά.
Το κακό στην υπόθεση είναι ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης είχε ένα μόνιμα απαξιωτικό ύφος απέναντί μου και όταν πέρασα από’ κει για να παραλάβω την παραγγελία ήταν και φανερά εκνευρισμένος. Μάλιστα μου είπε ότι κακώς «ασχολήθηκε» με την παραγγελία μου!!!!! Παραγγελία που δεν υλοποίησε ποτέ.
Απ’ ότι φάνηκε ήταν «μικρή» η δουλειά και δεν τους ενδιέφερε.
Λυπάμαι πραγματικά, δεν μου έχει ξανασυμβεί ποτέ κάτι παρόμοιο.
Unacceptable treatment !!
I had placed an order 3 weeks ago and while I was told it would be ready in a week, telling them the final measures, I finally find out that they had never dealt with it. In a phone call I made if she was ready, they avoided informing me. So far everything is understandable.
The bad thing about the case is that the owner had a permanently disparaging attitude towards me and when I went through there to pick up the order he was obviously irritated. In fact, he told me that he "dealt" badly with my order !!!!! Order that never materialized.
Apparently the job was "small" and they were not interested.
I'm really sorry, nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
