Άσχετα από τη ποιότητα, αρχική τοποθέτηση θέλω να πω απλά ότι το after sales service που διαθέτουν είναι απλά απαράδεκτο έως άθλιο. Μετά τον μίνι κυκλώνα είχα αρκετές ζημιές και τους κάλεσα. Δεν ήρθανε και πάλι ποτέ... Όταν τους κάλεσα ξανά ήρθανε και εκτίμησαν τις ζημίες. Μετά από 25 περίπου ημέρες κλείσανε το ραντεβού στο οποίο δεν ήρθανε ποτέ!. Ο πελάτης έχει αξιοπρέπεια δεν είναι το γατάκι τους, διαθέτει χρόνο, έχει εργασία κλπ. Ας λέγανε ότι δεν μπορούν να έρθουν ώστε να απευθυνθώ κάπου αλλού, τόσο απλά. Την αλαζονεία οι επιχειρηματίες την πληρώνουν ακριβά μακροπρόθεσμα... UNACCEPTABLE ... From personal experience only. I had done a project a few years ago on all the balconies of the apartment with awnings and jellies. After about 25 days they made the appointment to which they never came !. The client has dignity is not their kitten, he has time, he has a job etc. Let them say they can not come so I can go somewhere else, so simply. Entrepreneurs pay dearly for arrogance in the long run ...
