★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επισκέφτηκα το κατάστημα για μια παραγγελία. Κατά την συζήτηση μας ο χρόνος παράδοσης θα ήτανε 10 ημέρες.
Η ποιότητα από τα δείγματα που μου δόθηκαν ήτανε εξαιρετική.
Έστειλα το προσχέδιο αλλά δεν πήρα καμία απάντηση για περίπου δυο εβδομάδες.
Τηλεφώνησα και υποσχέθηκαν πως θα μου απαντήσουν την ίδια ημέρα.
Τηλέφωνο ξανά μετά από λίγες ημέρες. Η ίδια κυρία, η ίδια υπόσχεση και το ίδιο αποτέλεσμα. Καμία απάντηση.
Δεν γίνεται να χτίσεις μια πελατειακή σχέση με ψεύτικες υποσχέσεις καθώς χάνεται η εμπιστοσύνη.
 I visited the store for an order. During our discussion the delivery time would be 10 days.
The quality of the samples given to me was excellent.
I sent the draft but received no response for about two weeks.
I called and they promised to answer me the same day.
Phone again after a few days. The same lady, the same promise and the same result. No reply.
It is not possible to build a customer relationship with false promises as trust is lost.
