★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επέστρεψα ένα προϊόν επειδή βγήκε ελαττωματικό, για την ακρίβεια πήγα να το ελέγξουν για το τι συνέβει και έγινε έτσι το ύφασμα. Και μας φέρθηκε πολύ απότομα χωρίς εμείς να της πούμε κάτι άσχημο ή ειρωνικό.
Δουλεύω κι εγώ σε εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και δεν έχω έχω τόσα χρόνια εμπειρίας στην πλάτη μου.Έτσι δεν έχω φερθεί σε πελάτη.
Που θα μπορούσε από την αρχή να μου πει ότι το προϊόν δεν αλλάζει ή να μου εξηγήσει τι έκανα λάθος.
