K	Kate Span on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντιεπαγγελματίες!!! Ήρθαν πριν από ενάμιση μήνα για συντήρηση λέβητα και κλιματιστικου. Έσπασαν την περσιδα από το air condition, είπαν θα το διορθώσουν και ακόμα τους «κυνηγάμε». Πριν από 2 εβδομάδες και μετά από 10 τηλέφωνα ήρθε ένας αλλά έφερε λάθος περσιδα. Μετά παραδέχτηκαν ότι έχασαν τη δική μας και θα βρούνε άλλη. Ακόμα βρίσκουν. Την προηγούμενη μέρα πριν έρθει εν τω μεταξύ χαλάει και το air condition (15 μέρες μετά από συντήρησή τους αλλά οκ είναι και παλιό) και του λέμε μια που ήρθε να το δει. Λέει χάλασε το χειριστήριο. Άλλες 2 εβδομάδες χωρίς να ακουστούν και μετά από άλλα 10 τηλέφωνα και αφού μας έστησαν σε ένα ραντεβού χωρίς ειδοποίηση (πάλι εμείς τηλεφωνήσαμε) έρχεται( με 2 ώρες καθυστέρηση) χωρίς περσίδα αλλά έστω με τηλεκοντρόλ. Τότε συνηδητοποιεί ότι φταίει το κλιματιστικό και μετά από μισή ώρα που παιδεύεται λέει θα έρθω να το πάρω όλο στο μαγαζί την επόμενη μέρα. 2 ώρες πέρασαν και δεν εμφανίστηκε ούτε ενημέρωσε. Κλείνω λοιπόν με το εξής : αν είστε αδιάφοροι, ασυνεπείς και δεν ενδιαφέρεστε να διορθώσετε ούτε τη ζημιά που εσείς προκαλέσατε πείτε το εξαρχής να ξέρει ο πελάτης τι αντιμετωπίζει. Μην κοροϊδευετε τον κόσμο!! Unprofessional !!! They came a month and a half ago for boiler and air conditioner maintenance. They broke the blind from the air condition, they said they would fix it and we are still "chasing" them. 2 weeks ago and after 10 calls one came but brought the wrong blinds. Then they admitted that they lost ours and will find another. They are still finding. The day before, in the meantime, in the meantime, the air condition breaks down (15 days after their maintenance, but it is ok, it is old) and we tell him one who came to see it. He says the controller broke. Another 2 weeks without being heard and after another 10 phones and after they set us up for an appointment without notice (again we called) it comes (with a delay of 2 hours) without a blind but with a remote control. Then he realizes that the air conditioner is to blame and after half an hour of training he says I will come and get it all in the store the next day. 2 hours passed and he did not appear or inform. So I close with the following: if you are indifferent, inconsistent and not interested in repairing even the damage you caused, say from the beginning that the customer knows what he is facing. Do not make fun of people !!
