Πέρα του ότι δεν αναλαμβάνουν να σε εξυπηρετήσουν κάνοντας μπαλάκι απο ειδικό σε ειδικό, όχι μόνο εκνευρίζονται και σου μιλούν επιθετικά αλλά στο τέλος σου λένε και ένα "Διάβασε το βιβλίο και θα τα βρεις", ενώ το έχεις κάνει πατσαβούρι 3 μέρες τώρα από το διάβασμα. Μια σειρά από σωστά και όμορφα βίντεο με τη χρήση και τον προγραμματισμό της θα έλυνε πολλά χέρια αλλά που..... Δεν είναι σε θέση να σου απαντήσουν απλές ερωτήσεις που τους θέτεις για την λειτουργία που εισάγουν και αντί αυτού σε παραπέμπουν σε αυτόν που πουλάει την ταμιακή τους. Δηλαδή όχι μόνο σου κλείνουν τη πόρτα με μια πανάκριβη μηχανή αλλα έχουν και απαίσιο σερβις και επικοινωνία. Πώς να μην είναι έτσι άλλωστε όταν ο ίδιος ο ιδιοκτήτης παρουσιάζεται ως πωλητής και τεχνικός. Η ταμιακή μηχανή θα επιστραφεί μιας και είναι από τις δυσχρειστες που έχω δουλέψει ποτέ!!! Κρίμα... Υγ Ούτε καλώδιο σύνδεσης USB δεν είχε μέσα και όχι τίποτα, είναι και τύπου 1 το παλιό!!!!! Apart from the fact that they do not undertake to serve you by making a ball from specialist to specialist, not only do they get annoyed and speak aggressively to you but in the end they also tell you a "Read the book and you will find them", while you have made it 3 days now from reading . A series of correct and beautiful videos with its use and programming would solve many hands but that ..... They are not able to answer simple questions that you ask them about the function they introduce and instead refer you to the one who sells their cash register. That is, not only do they close your door with a very expensive machine but they also have awful service and communication. How can it not be so after all when the owner himself presents himself as a salesman and a technician. The cash register will be returned since it is one of the most difficult I have ever worked on !!! Pity... PS There was no USB connection cable inside and nothing, it is also type 1 old !!!!!
