V	Valentina Gkavalini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα την παραγγελία μου με μάσκες την παρασκευή και ενώ δεν μου είχε έρθει κανένα email ότι μου έχει σταλεί η παραγγελία (είχα πληρώσει την ίδια ημέρα ηλεκτρονικά ) πήρα σήμερα Τρίτη τηλέφωνο να με ενημερώσουν για το στάδιο της παραγγελίας, όχι μόνο δεν είχαν αποστείλει τις μάσκες αλλά αυτό που είχαν να μου που είναι ότι δεν έχουν καν το χρώμα μασκών που ήθελα ενώ το είχα πληρώσει .Αυτό που μου είπαν είναι ότι αν θέλω το χρώμα που είχα βάλει ήδη στην παραγγελία μου πρέπει να περιμένω άλλη μια εβδομάδα ή να μου βάλουν άλλο χρώμα ενώ ξαναλέω είχα ήδη πληρώσει απο την παρασκευή. Απαράδεκτο και αντιεπαγγελματικό. I placed my order with masks on Friday and while I had not received any email that the order had been sent to me (I had paid electronically the same day) I got a phone call today, Tuesday to be informed about the order stage, not only did they not send the masks but what they had to me is that they do not even have the color of masks I wanted while I had paid for it. What they told me is that if I want the color I had already put in my order I have to wait another week or they will put another color while I say again I had already paid since Friday. Unacceptable and unprofessional.

Εκανα παραγγελία μάσκες μεσω του skroutz στις 23/12/21 στις 8.23 το πρωί την οποία και αποδέχτηκαν και στις 28/12/21 μου την ακύρωσαν .Από τότε έχουν πάρει οι μάσκες 150% πάνω. Επίσης εκαναν επιλεκτική αποστολή. Γνωστός μου παρέλαβε μάσκες παρόλο που έκανε παραγγελία αργότερα από εμένα μάλλον γιατί πλήρωσε μεταφορικά. Εννοείται ότι δεν θα μείνει εκεί το θέμα. Δεν θα την πληρώνει πάντα ο καταναλωτής 3/1/22. Καλή χρονιά. Δεν απαντήσατε όμως με τι κριτήρια επιλέξατε να στείλετε παραγγελίες. Λόγω μεταφορικών? Περιμένω κάποιο τηλεφώνημα σας. Unacceptable. I ordered masks through skroutz on 23/12/21 at 8.23 in the morning which they accepted and on 28/12/21 they canceled it. Since then the masks have got 150% up. They also did a selective mission. An acquaintance of mine received masks even though he ordered later from me probably because he paid for shipping. Of course, the issue will not stay there. The consumer will not always pay for it 3/1/22. Happy New Year. However, you did not answer with what criteria you chose to send orders. Due to shipping; I'm waiting for your phone call.

Μου τηλεφώνησαν για να με ενημερώσουν για τις ελλείψεις και την δυνατότητα αλλαγής χρωμάτων στις μάσκες που παρήγγειλα , εκτός κι αν ήθελα να περιμένω μέχρι την ανανέωση stock. Ευχαριστώ και θα τους ξανα προτιμήσω. Very good prices and very good service. They called me to inform me about the shortcomings and the possibility of changing colors in the masks I ordered, unless I wanted to wait until the stock renewal. Thanks and I will prefer them again.
