★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο υπεύθυνος πωλήσεων είναι άριστος σε όλα. Εξυπηρετικος όσο δεν πάει. Η εξυπηρετηση όσο αφορά κάποια θέματα με το αμάξι σκέτη απογοήτευση. Οι απαντήσεις που έπαιρνα τα λεγα σε άλλους έμπειρους μάστορες και γελούσαμε. Απαράδεκτοι σ'αυτο το κομμάτι.
The salesperson is excellent at everything. Helpful as long as it does not go. The service regarding some issues with the car is a complete disappointment. I would tell the answers I got to other experienced carpenters and we would laugh. Unacceptable in this piece.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από την στιγμή που πήρα το αμάξι μου καινούργιο όλα μου τα σέρβις στο κάνω στο συγκεκριμένο συνεργείο.
Πάντα είναι στην ώρα τους κ τυπικοί στα ραντεβού του .
Επέλεξα αυτό το συνεργείο γιατί ήταν πιο οικονομικό το σέρβις τους σε σχέση με αντιπροσωπεία Καβάλας κ Δράμας .
Τελευταία φορά που πήγα βέβαια τσίμπησε ένα 40αρι πιο πάνω στο προγραμματισμένο σέρβις 220αντι 180που πλήρωνα άλλες φορές.
Μετά από δικιά μου δυσανασχετήσει πήγε ξανά η τιμή στα 180...δεν μου άρεσε αυτό αλλά οκ .
Θα επανέλθω ξανά με σχόλιο στο επομενο σέρβις .
Κατά τα άλλα όλα καλά.

I chose this workshop because it was more economical to serve them in relation to a delegation from Kavala and Drama.
The last time I went, of course, it jumped 40 yards above the scheduled service of 220 and 180, which I paid other times.
After my own dissatisfaction, the price went back to 180 ... I didn't like that but ok.
I will come back again with a comment on the next service.
Otherwise all is well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία 5/32021 με τον κύριο Παπαδόπουλο για χρηματοδότηση ενός νέου αυτοκινήτου και συγκεκριμένα ενός kia stonic, μου είπε να του στείλω όλα τα δικαιολογητικά για την χρηματοδότηση στο mail της εταιρείας όπως έγινε την 8/3/2021 μέχρι και σήμερα καμμία απάντηση εκ μέρους σας. Θα έπρεπε τουλάχιστον να απαντήσετε σε θετική η αρνητική απάντηση της τράπεζας εκτός αν θέλετε πελάτες τοις μετρητοίς αν είναι έτσι σας ζητώ συγνώμη που σας ενόχλησα!
After a telephone communication 5/32021 with Mr. Papadopoulos for financing a new car and specifically a kia stonic, he told me to send him all the supporting documents for the financing in the company mail as it was done on 8/3/2021 until today no answer on your behalf. You should at least respond positively to the bank's negative response unless you want cash customers if that's the case I apologize for bothering you!
