Υπεροχη βίλα με φανταστικη θεα και υπεροχη πισινα. Ο εσωτερικος χωρος πεντακάθαρος και με ομορφη διακοσμηση. Όσο για την οικοδέσποινα χαμογελαστη, ευγενική και πολυ εξυπηρετική! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και του χρόνου πάλι εκεί θα είμαι!!!

Sehr schönes Haus. Einziger Makel ist die voreingestellte Klimaanlage auf 24*C, welche nur funktioniert, wenn wirklich alle Fenster geschlossen sind. Gut zu wissen ist auch, dass die Außenbeleuchtung Zeitgesteuert ist und nicht manuell geschalten werden kann.

We had a lovely week in your villa it was clean and well maintained pool was lovely we went in every day the villa had everything we could want we stayed in villa katerina and had a lovely holiday mrs Thalia came a couple of times in the week just to see if we were ok cleaner kept everything spotless lovely thanks

Thalias viilas is a very roomy and clean vila, the pool and view is great! However there were some thing to consider. The Vila is heavy regulated and has strict rules to follow. 1. All doors and windows need to be close for the air-co to work. The problem is that if someone wants to be in the balcony or in the pool the sliding window will need to be open therefore the rest of the bedrooms and rooms wont have air-co and it can quickly become very warm. Especially inconvenient with children sleeping and parents wanting a relax time. Also you are constantly looking why the air-co is not working and checking every door and window in the house, which takes a while. 2. The air can ONLY BE USE in TEMPERATURE 24 degrees. If this is too warm or too cold there is no way to change it. 3. The lights in the pool and balcony will be turn off automatically at 11:30pm and there is no possibility of turn it on manually. 4. The wifi is almost non existent. There is only minimal connection (no way to load videos or photos and slow use of whatsapp) outside near the garage in the front of the house, there is no connection upstairs, or in the downstairs room, living-room or kitchen. 5. For the electricity to work you need to put a some sort of card from the keychain in a socket, similar to a hotel room. This sometimes doesn't work correctly and you need to re-adjusted, so be prepared to wake up during the night warm as there is no electricity (no air conditioner) and come downstairs to adjust the card. 6. We stayed 10 days in the Vila and there was a cleaning person coming twice. We got clean towels then, however the bedding was never changed , the cleaner would only "make it pretty" but the bedding was still the same as the first day. In conclusion, this is a nice place but there are things to consider and see if this matters or not during ur holidays! :)
