★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω ξεναγηθεί δύο φορές από τον υπεύθυνο παραγωγής στη συγκεκριμένη μονάδα. Πραγματικά τιμά τον τόπο - τόσο της Κορινθίας όσο και της Πελοποννήσου και της χώρας γενικότερα - με τα προϊόντα του. Εξαιρετικής ποιότητας ξύδι και παράγωγά του, με ποιοτικές εξαγωγές, παράδειγμα δηλαδή προς μίμηση της ελληνικής βιοτεχνίας επεξεργασίας πρώτης ύλης. Αν και οι ντόπιοι παραγωγοί σταφίδας (όλης της Βορειοδυτικής Πελοποννήσου) φρόντιζαν τόσο την παραγωγή και διανομή τους, τότε θα ήμασταν πραγματικά πρωτοπόροι στον τομέα.
I have been guided twice by the production manager in this unit. It really honors the place - both of Corinth and the Peloponnese and the country in general - with its products. Vinegar of exceptional quality and its derivatives, with quality exports, an example to imitate the Greek raw material processing industry. If the local raisin producers (all over the Northwestern Peloponnese) took care of both their production and distribution, then we would be really pioneers in the field.
