I make an appointment for an examination. They take an X-ray of me, inform me about the costs and the work, all is well so far. They make another appointment for me to start the treatment ... 1.5 months later (yes, you read that right a month and a half later). I ask them if I owe anything for the examination, they told me no you do not owe anything. The next day the pain was continuous, I could not wait that long and I made an appointment at another dental clinic. I got on the phone and asked for the x-ray so that I would not have to take another (because of radiation, not money). They told me on the phone that yes we will send it to you. I was asked if we would cancel the appointment (yes this for 1.5 months later). Yes I say unfortunately I can not wait so long because of pain. 10 minutes later they call and tell me that it is not possible to send it to you and you will have to pay for your examination yesterday (the one I asked yesterday if I owe something and they said no). Of course I did not get an x-ray or pay them anything (I was happy to do it yesterday when I asked them). Friendly tip: when you do not have an appointment, say we do NOT have, a little honor does not hurt. Unacceptable treatment.
